i don't know what happened to the citizens advice bureau, once upon a time you could call them up, get through to a person, the person would connect you and you got advice there and then, now if you call them you get six robots in a row that take you back to the first robot. our gov really wants people to just go away and die i think.

There are only a few firms that do legal aid and almost all of them their standard reply is 'we don't have the capacity to take on your case'. Which is understandable and incredibly sad at the same time. The Courts have barely adapted to litigants in person in practice. So you'll get a non- legal LiP up against a seasoned QC & their junior. Where is the justice???
I don't know what to do in my situation or who to see my nan sold her house so my mum could have one. She lived in a wardend controlled flat. Which was lovely doing that. My mother worked hard all her life to pay off my father's debts and he would spend her hard earned cash in the pub and had affairs. My mother left me all her money but when she was dieing he some how managed to change her will. He lives in the house my nan paid for with his mistress and doesn't work and living a life of luxury I want to speak to someone but not sure who and I think my mum and nan deserve justice.
My son had to leave his council flat after problems living with his bother. He has a police report from Victim Support and is sleeping on his sisters floor. The council says he needs a 'property adjustment order' - does this have to come from a solicitor do you know Mr Barnett? The council do not seem to be very helpful as my son just needs a single flat now.
My best is a vulnerable disabled person and his carer ran-up some debts of a few thousand pounds on his credit cards, the debt charities and CAB are not as knowledgeable as I thought they would be, I need a good legal advisor/solicitor etc, any ideas from anyone will be appreciated very much thankyou. Hope the person spending the money has money and a home. If not you'll get non of it back even when you pay for a solicitor, no solicitor will take on a no win no no fee. They will get slap on the wrist even if found guilty.
Need some legal advice. I am staying in a dda flat from last 34 years. My neighbour flat is lying vacant from last 27 years. No one had even came once to visit this flat, electricity meter, water meter both got disconnected in the year 1998 due to non payment of dues. I had tried my best, went to the dda office, sdmc office, sub registrar office, but all efforts gone into vain. Actual owner is not traceable. who will be the new legal owner of the flats whose actual owner are not traceable? Is there any process to know the actual owner of this flat?
I think you should be able to as it's a public thing isn't it? Because it offered to the public. If I couldn't record it, then how could people truly know their have had free legal advice🤗

Another great video....any idea how I can settle some outstanding offences I have been sentenced but I have not paid etc..I have been into my local nick and magistrates court but there is no warrants issued but I know they are lurking on the police computer...how can I sort this out...ps the reason I am concerned is I have been pulled routinely by local plod due to crime in the area and we have Borough High street nick nearby where I am sure they have trainee's old bill as both times they had very passive uniforms in tow

Am out of work sick at the moment. From Ireland!! The social welfare want me to go on a program were I would have to work 20 hours a week for free!! Iv heard that under international law I can't be made do compulsory work also that my social welfare is an entitlement and can't be cut if I refuse!! Any truth in that ????

just on the off chance - i am disputing service charges on my flat, or rather i am disputing admin charges on my flat, or rather i am disputing legal fees on all this - the management company of my flats has sent a service charge bill, but the bill also has admin fees and legal fees on it, (my lease states i pay service charge in advance which i can't do, i've been paying, been paying double some months to keep up, but) i am wondering if this is legal in itself?

How do we get access to law reports and cases when we are no longer student at uni? Cause as soon we leave uni we are unable to access library and law reports etc
