i love that it gets people outside and moving. And the variety is amazing. I assuming it would be wise to have several intro classes for form then warm up with form as the focus as the course continues? As for people who jump in mid stream one cross fit box requires at least one private session with trainer to work on form before hitting words. What do you suggest? I want to create my own bootcamp for slightly under conditioned clients who are not interested in going to the gym.
