I also tried transformation and failed 3-4 times due to some sports injuries and othr reasons. I was never consistent even before this lockdown was into gym and got injured in wrist while playing cricket and lockdown la workout panama gained 10 kgs and decided to start Workout again September la workout start panen now cut those 10 kgs and added muscle mass. I am in mid of my transformation. Your videos motivated me a lot 💯
