ENFP here, who used to work as a waitress... I geniuly thought naming all the available wines was what I supposed to do? 😂

As an INFP I can definitely say that would be me as a waiter. No joke, I can sometimes literally forget what I need to do right after someone tells me what I needed to to do😂. Excellent vid my man!👍

I *_felt_* the INFJ one in my soul! In every customer service job I’ve ever worked, customers quite often feel the need to tell me their entire life stories. On one hand, some of the stories are genuinely interesting. On the other hand, I’m just a simple introvert trying to do my job, but I really don’t want to be rude and interrupt you! So I’m stuck standing there, subtly panicking, just waiting for a pause in the dialogue that I can use to jump in and steer the conversation back to the actual transaction at hand!

Lol as the ENFP I can confirm that that waiter probably stayed up late the previous night trying to memorize the pronunciations of all of those wines because they sounded really cool and felt super accomplished saying them accurately in front of all of those people. Thank goodness no one asked them, “Wait, go back a second. Yeah, what you said. What does that drink have in it, exactly? Do you know what it is?” Just my take on it 😂

I hate it when waiters don't write down the order. I don't find it "impressive" that you can remember everything, I find it irritating because you're going to forget something and when our food comes out, I'll have to speak to the waiter again and be like, "Sir/Ma'am, you forgot my fucking side fries, and I asked for no goddamn mayonnaise. You would have known that if you fucking WROTE IT DOWN. Thanks. Yeah, no problem." -ISTP

As an ENTP waitress I have my own hair in food story, where a lady found a hair in her food, which was obviously her own, and said it could harm her baby as she was pregnant so she wanted a full refund. Bare in mind that she ordered 3 bottles of wine for herself.

I thought I would remember what I was going to put here but I went on an errand and forgot...on point for the INFP!

ENFP here, I could never remember and say all those names without completely messing it up 😂

As an INTJ, I somewhat agree to the representation here. I mean, my inner monologue would definitely be judging the customer's decision but I may not say it out loud or if I do, I probably won't be as abrasive as the INTJ in the skit because I'll think about the possibility of the customer running their mouth to my boss and how that might affect my tip or hurt my cheque and I love money so I wouldn't want to hurt my cheque. However, if the customer is being truly stupid and has a horrible sense of taste, I'd simply suggest something better. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think a lot of INTJs may have a similar approach. INTJs always have this surface mask of conformity because all of us have different goals we want to reach and we KNOW that there are certain goals we can't reach if we were to speak or act in a particular fashion. Since we are good at spotting different patterns and thinking about the multiple possible outcomes, we'll pick up on certain behaviours and social norms that will advance us to our overall goal and (most of us) will adapt accordingly (e.g if we notice one of our co-workers is getting more tips by being super polite, we'll try and adopt the same strategy and if it yields the results we want, we'll refine it and perfect it to get even better results). For example: if the INTJ in the video wanted to take over the restaurant someday, they would learn (from observation) that being polite and friendly towards customers and giving them good service will ensure that the customer will associate positive feelings towards the restaurant and make them want to come again (they may even tell their friends and that'll bring more business in). On a personal level, the INTJ understands that if they build a good rapport with the customers and their co-workers, they will eventually be awarded and trusted with more responsibilities which they will excel at (obviously) and they will be promoted to higher positions, gradually climbing the ranks and ultimately owning the restaurant branch (as the manager) or the restaurant chain itself (because being a manager seemed too low, imo). That's not to say that the INTJ won't make a few mistakes along the way but for the most part, they'll eventually achieve their goal of owning the restaurant. Anyway, my main point is: INTJs are chameleons. They will adapt themselves for their main goal or purpose. We won't necessarily like wearing a mask but if we achieve what we wanted, then it'll be worth it.

Well, ok, even though being an INFP, I can say I mostly related to the ISFP one!! (and that's maybe the main reason I don't ever want to work as a waitress!) Although, it was very fun seeing a typical me forgetting to bring any notepad with when needed, and then pretending I have it all in my head, which obviously does NOT happen, ending up with me coming back again in 2 minutes (not as cool as portrayed here though, but rather stressed!), asking everything all over again!! 😂😂 (like literally this happened the exact past semester with a teacher of mine, during the direction of the sound system set up at a concert 😂😂)
