I am also an INFJ. I would not stay in bed the whole time. I would need to use the bathroom and I might want to go grab snacks when I first got there. Pizza could get ordered. I mean, I have to get a little wild on vacation. FYI, I would be watching corn with a p, not Netflix. I hope they don't use a blacklight.😮

Same between true crime and those documentaries on hidden cameras all over these place I'm opting for a hotel over an overly priced Air B&B any day. At least I'd have neighbors who might hear me during an attempted murder and make a noise complaint or if it's too late hopefully the hotel cameras will catch who did it. Plus I'm not paying money to have to do someone else's household chores while I'm on vacation, might as well just stay home.

I would NOT call and complain about the lack of gift basket. (ENFJ) I would FEEL angry, complain to several family members, feel terrible and then leave an overly flowery thank you note to make up for my rage that they never knew anything about. With a passive aggressive note at the bottom noting that my stay was so nice it made up for the missing gift basket…

This INTJ keeps tape over her laptop camera and microphone, has adblockers, vpn that keeps changing my location which is not really my location. Low tech, I bring clothespins to keep the curtains from admitting any excess light.

The INTJ is just so relatable, I always check for hidden cameras in Airbnbs/hotels. Like you know that thing when you flash light over provided electronics and put your finger on the mirror to see if there's a gap between it or not, and that's how you find hidden cameras.

Ha ha! ENFP married to INFP here. We've stayed at many Airbnbs on our travels. We often become friends with the lovely hosts, and have actually enjoyed borrowing cars (with their permission), walking their dogs, watering their plants, going to the pub with them, swapping many life stories, and sometimes staying in touch and sharing pics from our respective travel adventures afterwards. 🤣

I (INFJ) stayed in an AIRBNB in Tokyo with my husband and 4 young kids. I made sure to teach them Japanese etiquette and tried to keep them quiet the entire time 😂. We had fun recycling and keeping everything tidy in that small 1 room apartment for 3 days. To help keep them quiet we made sure to explore the city even though I would've rather collapsed on the bed or enjoyed the deep soaking tub more because it was cold in January and I couldn't figure out the heater 😅.

Oh my god, the INFJ one is sending me 🤣🤣🤣 My family owns a cabin, and that's all I do most of the time I'm there lmao. Like I do go out and stuff, there's actually lots to do, but even my parents end up just vegging on the couch all day. And then, if we have company over and they all decide to go so somewhere, I stay home and then it's just like "Yesssss, N E T F L I X T I M E" 😂

INTJ is spot on...one of the many reasons I'll never use an AirBnB...or any BnB actually...the issue of personal security can't be underestimated...I mean who wants to end up in a gory horror film scenario...even if I do carry provisions for such occasions in my car.

Haha that's kind of creepy. This morning I booked a lovely holiday apartment in a half-timbered house for a week in May (not Airbnb), where the owners live downstairs. Probably a likeable older couple. Therefore I'm a bit like the ENFP. I like staying in privat locations more than hotels. As an INFJ, I'm going on vacation alone for the first time to a writing retreat and hiking. Your video made my day. 😂It fits so beautifully with the theme of the day. Must be a sign from the universe that I should definitely do this. :) BUT - not without planing the nex four month for this trip. 🤣 I wish you and your family a merry Christmas and a few quiet days.

My last Airbnb host was a queen. I let her know we would be late due to standstill traffic on the interstate. When we finally arrived at 11 pm with two screaming toddlers, she was waiting in her robe out front to help us take our bags in and get settled. It warmed my ENFP heart right up ❤

yes as an INTJ I always wonder about hmm what if someone is watching me maybe I have cameras in my own room so my parents can stalk me or some serial killer just wanna check out on me so I am looking everywhere in the room and you know what? there aren't any cameras hidden in my room xd. But there is at least my phone that stalk me every second of my life. That kinda freaks me out sometimes.

INFP here. We're actually pretty ingenious when it comes to finding solutions to problems nobody else has. So we wouldn't even consider calling the landlord. I personally would just use an empty plastic bottle with water to wash, which is also far more hygienic than paper actually and dry with a spare, clean peace of underwear. Yeah I know, we're weird. But we won't bother the landlord for such a minor problem.

As an INTJ, I always check for cameras that could be hiding anywhere. One day, I discovered a secret camera in Petco’s restroom- in LJ, Texas. I wonder if it’s still there or not… but what I do know is that I never pulled my pants down the moment I laid eyes on it. As an INTP, I almost always run a speed test and usually connect via a VPN or TOR before I end up overanalysing the WIFI speed and being mad because the wifi is too slow (totally did not do this the last time I stayed at a hotel)

INFJ here. I've never stayed in an Airbnb but in a hotel once, for a long period of time. And trust me, I completely relate to INTJ here. My whole stay was me basically paranoid of the hidden cameras in the bathroom, inside the closet, under the ceiling, behind the mirrors, everywhere. But yeah, I was good at just ignoring that feeling or working around it.

As an ENFP, I definitely look for hidden cameras first and then hang out with the host, have breakfast with them, convince them to let me borrow their car, crash the car into the house and run away from the house when they call the cops :)

I've never submitted a strongly worded review of an air bnb, but every time I get a doordash order and it either comes wrong or comes late, I make sure they know my anger lol How can they improve if nobody tells them they messed up? Yes, as an ISTP, I definitely prefer an Airbnb over a hotel for any stay longer than two nights. (And the longer the stay the more economical Airbnb tends to be compared to a hotel too.) I want to follow my own schedule, quietly do my own thing, cook for myself, and not interact with strangers at my temporary abode. Stayed at an Airbnb in Osaka for five weeks last year and it was awesome!!

Infj - i had my whole getaway planned out. Most of it consisted of going to the beach, on walks along the coast and i had a trip booked with a small group and a guide... The trip was canceled and it rained all 4 days.... I just stayed in bed and read a series that had been sitting on my Kindle for ages.

I don't know what all the abbreviations stand for, but I'd NEVER stay at an air b&b as long as hotels/motels are still a thing... I'm not especially fond of staying at someone's house that I actually know, I'm certainly not bunking up with strangers in their house...there may be strangers in the hotel/motel, but at least they don't have a key to your room...

I’m an INFJ and once my family dragged me along for a vacation. We saw a lot of cool things and when asked what my favorite thing we diss I said “I don’t know, we saw so many cool things” or something along those lines. My favorite part was sitting in the AirBnB waiting TV. Everyday I’d hope we just stay inside all day instead of doing something lol

INTJ: Don't do AirbnB's people, it's literally one of the biggest reasons houses have exploded in price because people keep buying them up to use as Airbnb instead of people actually living in them. You don't actually have to engage people at a hotel and everything is taken care of. INTJ giving correct but unsolicited advice when they see people doing something they will later complain about. Also yeah, I totally notice where cameras would be hidden in places. It's like a superpower.

If you go to an ab&b you either have to shop and cook your own food, trying to cook in a kitchen where you don't know where anything is. Or, you eat out, then have to find places to eat and have to decide where to eat? If you go to a hotel with a restaurant, you just go down to the restaurant or order room service, no shopping or cooking or looking for somewhere to eat, in a place you're not familiar with. I'd choose the Hotel. Who wants to spend all their time time shopping and cooking and cleaning up someone else's home!? In exchange for money!!🤔 INFP

The INFP being out of toilet paper is so relatable. 😂 The last time I rented an airBnB with friends, we ran out of toilet paper as well. Our solution? Drive to the nearby store and buy a pack. No way our INFPs and ISFJs asses would ever dare ask anyone for anything on New Year's Eve, even if it was technically included in the price, not sure we didn't check. 😂 Also, we're absolutely the kind of guests who trash the place, with our stuff absolutely everywhere (me, mostly, pleading guilty 100%) but on departure day, we clean up like crazy and the place is spotless, barely looking like anyone was here at all. ✨
