Electric socket covers are a pretty easy fix, but I shoot these when I'm available. My office isn't out at the plant so sometimes they have to fix them after I'm gone. We have Best in Class construction and the industry's leading 10 year craftsmanship warranty so if you think a socket cover (that was fixed after I left) is shoddy you're going to be really disappointed when you see the buildings our competitors are putting out.

@@deniseschatz4727 like I said, they fixed it after I shot the video. Sometimes shooting schedule doesn't align with the buildings being 100% finished but it doesn't leave our plant that way.

Don’t buy from this company, I ordered a shed in September 23 took six months to get it to me. When I finally got it two days ago it was damaged inside.

my $45,000.,16X80, 2015 Clayton home is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath WITH the warm tones and stained wood trim you're wanting. And it's 40 FEET LONGER than these 16X40 "tiny homes". Go figure?

We're a shed company. A lot of people are converting shed to tiny homes on their own, we offer our Premium Package that included a framing upgrade to 16" on center trusses, insulation, electric, HVAC, etc. The interior is fully finished meaning the interior walls are skinned, painted, and trimmed. Not everyone wants an interior floor plan but this customer did we be added finished interior stud walls. Plumbing is done separately by a local contractor after delivery. We don't offer plumbing.
@@EZPB I would not want my plumbing run before the house is set and leveled. Too much chance of twisting or sapping the water lines and having a leak you would never notice. These thing can take rough handling in transport but not a 16ft one inch pvc pipe and joint. Looks great.
@@nunyabiznes3901 my plumbing runs under the house and holes are cut in the floor where the sinks, toilet and shower are. No water pipes go through interior walls. My house is 18 inches raised.
wow. . .this does not look like very good construction just based on the outlet covers. if you cannot put an outlet cover on and have it COVER the outlet it tells me someone is extremely lazy or your math is not very good. this would not be a good buy unless it is free!

That really depends on the amount of customizations you order but our lead times have been coming down in the last few months. Our sales team will know more about current lead times than I do, I stay in our marketing but definitely discuss that with them when you contact them.

EXAMPLE!: a 16x16 Two Story Shed at Lowes/Home Depot, ect are Over $30,000 and If YOU Build it and take your Time and want to Learn, Only Cost AROUND $10,000 ... This "Shed" is Well Over $50,000 .. Someone Said just over $75,000.....

The bedrooms look like uncomfortable narrow closets Outlet is not flush Closets are robbed of spaced with thick door frames not high enough to use empty top space Outlets so high up look terrible Closets that are long with no space saving even with pocket doors i prefer high door like the bergdorf from ikea to utilize all space Bunch of hidden nooks Bedroom has large wasted space on top closet and where is the bathroom its an empty space I don't know who invited those sliding doors for closets. They're horrible. They don't let you get into the closet fully and why are they so short such empty space at the top of the closet everybody hates that and nobody says anything they just go along with what's given those Horrible once you put the toilet in the sink and everything that goes in there it's like a tiny little closet a lot you can use all that space so much better having the closet right next to the door have it where the window is from wall-to-wall closet with high doors for maximum use and put a skylight so you can get sun light Waste space and workmanship so fast that the outlet and I wonder if anything is really working like the electrical closet thing in the middle of the room and then the other bulky things the mudroom when you have a tiny home space and you have all these bulky construction, making it look smaller I think it's a big waste of space. You have a better cell if you put high doors in the closet that open out those flimsy pain in the ---- doors that get stuck or come off the rails I wish I had money to build these things to have a factory because I would design homes that were practical for use, not just bulky unusable spaces that everybody complains about, but nobody actually tells the manufacturer the builder all these nonsense spaces that are not used
You're telling me, this 16X40 manufactured house is a TINY HOME, but my 16X80 2015 mobile home isn't, and the ONLY thing difference is my home is 40 FEET LONGER!!?? Where's the logic in that?
