Join our Sydney Baji Quan Workshop and experience the explosive, short-range power of this traditional Chinese martial art. Our class is taught by Richard Niu, a master in martial arts who has years of experience in teaching Baji Quan.
Baji Quan originated in the Hebei Province of Northern China and is famous for its elbow and shoulder strikes. It has a close connection to the military system and has been used to protect political figures throughout history. Notable individuals such as Mao Zedong, Chiang Kai-shek, and Lee Teng-hui have had personal guards trained in Baji Quan.
Our Workshop is open to all martial arts enthusiasts who are looking for a unique and challenging practice. This contain Basic and part of the form and application.
