Always love your podcasts. Lots of good information that I am trying to remember. Looking forward to starting to sell in the next couple of months. In the process of organizing family issues that could get in the way of me proceeding. Thank you for doing these. You are 1 in only a handful that I really like.
l have a good question (l think)... how would you handle the following : l have a lot of autographed photos of moviestars l would like to put up for sale, but l'm conflicted on how to pack them. Should l roll them up and use a triangular box (like for posters) or should l put them in a well protected frame and send them in a padded envelop or box? l'm a bit scared of rolling them up since paper has a "memory", but if l put them in a box the weight is higher, so the cost of shipping is as well, especially if you ship them overseas (l have a lot of followers on FB and a decent amount of subs on YT, 95% of them is US based, so selling them to the US is likely..) l live in Belgium btw, greetings and Happy New Year.
First of all thank you very much for listening to my podcast. It means a lot to me. As far as shipping photos, I would definitely not roll them up. That would be a bad idea. I would ship them flat between two pieces of cardboard and maybe even in a small box Get all your weights and dimensions and figure out your shipping costs. Sellers will be appreciative that you took care and shipping their items. Remember, most people who purchased collectibles such as photos or even autographs will pay a premium for proper shipping so do not be afraid to charge. Again, thank you for listening to my podcast. Stay tuned for more information. Happy new year.
