Wow! I like that you are doing a Flip-Flop because normally when I see this part of the trail on video, people are going NOBO and there's a mix of cold/rain/snow! And I like that you are setting up camp, going to the border, and coming back! WOOHOO!! ... And you can Hike but you can't Hide from Pesky!!
You ladies are a breath of fresh air. Your upbeat and can do attitude is always inspiring. As they say "You only live once" and you are making the best of it!

WaWo's bordering Canada. OMG You are so close to where I live in Vancouver BC and those North Cascades are really something to explore. Washington State is precious and I love exploring all those trails. Way to go Wawo's. Love watching your adventure Sheila

What an honor it has been to follow along your through hike from the comfort of my computer! Time after time I have felt like I'm walking into the most beautiful landscape paintings with you. I've laughed out loud and commiserated with the snow and rain and mosquitoes.
