This video is a new favourite2023! How wonderful to see how to refurbish an old hat -- I have a box full that I might actually wear after some tender loving renovation. (I also want to mention that one thing I love about your videos is that while watching your hands work their magic, we get to see all your gorgeous fingernail designs! @@ByIlonaMillinery Thanks Ilona, guess I should have read the description box. I really enjoy your videos. You are a "fresh face" of hat making. I almost had another stroke watching you cut that hat up. Good hats are so hard to find here in the USA. Supplies are another thing. The good quality feathers and ribbon is (I feel) almost a thing of the past. I hoarded it for years and now I can't replace it. Hope you continue to put up videos. 🙂🙂🙂

Can sisal straw hats only be shaped by cutting off part of the crown?

It suits you. ✅. Not everyone suits that shade of green. Is your join on the outer band, on the left or right side of your head? Not a criticism but your Trilby looks left sided in the video.? Would you please make a video on how to correct a creased hat brim. My hat’s brim keeps losing form. Thankyou Ilona.🤠🇦🇺💚
