Hi Kevin I think your being very modest about your body work skills! The hood especially turned out so nice you should be proud of that job! But in the same breath I feel the same way you do it’s my least favourite job of restoring a N series tractor! But anyway looking forward to the wiring video. No matter how much I feel I have learned you always show me something new that I can apply not only to the Ford tractor but to other things as well! Carry on Canada 🇨🇦!!!

Tell you guys what…. I’ll do your body work if you help with my mechanics. I love wrenching on anything with a motor but I must admit I’m not the best at it.

thanks keith, you're probably looking at it on your phone, I get to stand in front of it and look at it. Its pretty ghastly LOL.

Looking forward to the next video. I converted to 12V and I think I did something wrong with the ignition portion.

Need to use orbital sander and remove paint before dollying. Don't dolly on paint.

What process did you use to weld the sheet metal?
@ClaremontClassicGarage

Just my crappy 120V wire feed. .030 flux core wire.

@@ClaremontClassicGarage Your wire feed works good for sheet metal. I have an acetylene setup but i'm afraid it might burn thru sheet metal.

@@orders1630the torch is what we used to use to do bodywork. You need a small tip and having a second pair of hands to assist with cooling helps. You can buy a used wire feed welder for 50 bucks. they are very handy to have around.
