Here's the thing - I usually take issue with people going over budget but they clearly went into it with the expectation that they would and they had such a nice attitude throughout that they get a free pass. Also, the bride's mother is so freaking entertaining

This is the first couple in any wedding show EVER that I would actually want to meet and hang out with. It is obvious that they each found their “person” and are connected on a deeply beautiful level. In the post interview, they are cuddled up to each other and even when they disagreed, it was in such a loving, teasing way. Most couples on these shows are downright awful to each other. It’s nice to see an episode that shows love, even if they spent way too much money on what was supposed to be a chilled out affair 😂 Love the relationship for between mother and daughter!

Okay but all of this is lovely. The couple isn't fighting, they have playful banter, the MoB is so lovely and soft spoken, the bride is insanely articulate even in the stressful situations... I love all of them. I hope they have a wonderful, happy, love filled marriage as it seems to already be.

Oh those crazy kids! They were so much fun and they really were on the same page about the vision for the wedding. They both made fun of the budget (probably because they realized it was not realistic for their vision). The bride looked beautiful (very Marilyn). They looked like they really enjoyed themselves at the wedding. The bride's two dresses were beautiful, her mother chose well for the ceremony dress.

Very charming couple and mother. I don't think the bride needed any cosmetic assistances. She looked young and stunning. I do think the groom should worn a tie. As for the budget well I don't think it was really an issue ever. This couple had nice banter and a real erespect for each other and in their own way the budget. Granted maybe because this was a matue couple they just were so charming without narcissmm we always saw in other weddings where you could feel the stress of the budget.

Oh poor thing. That Marilyn inspired dress was soo cheap it would never have the shape or volume to do what she wanted.

I would like to attend this wedding except the groom would’ve annoyed me tremendously. He is what I call a “”right fighter”…HE ALWAYS HAS TO BE RIGHT; & HE ALWAYS HAS TO MAKE A LOUD JOKE (Which isn’t very funny), and He is very disrespectful to his wife/fiancé’ and that he PUTS HER DOWN!! He commented about the price of everything except the motorcycle… He didn’t haggle on the price at all he paid 100% of the $3000 I thought that was odd and ironic because it’s what “HE” wanted!!😂 I love the bride and I loved her vision for the wedding. I was surprised at all the positive comments from people about her mother because I found her to be very difficult and I had a mother who wanted everything her way and she made my wedding miserable. I could not have the dress I wanted I could not have the wedding I wanted she hated the man I married the only thing I got was the bridesmaids dresses were backless halter dresses and yes I got married in the early 70s and they carried one longstem white rose Instead of a big bouquet of flowers it’s my Mother wanted. I know it’s silly but to this day 50+ years later I cry over the fact that I did not get the dress I wanted even though I had to $50 to pay the difference and my sisters who got married six and nine months later but their addresses under the budget set price so they saved my mother money it was also on fair and I’m still very hurt and very bitter by it because I looked ugly and I hated everything about my wedding. Mother’s Who are more worried about “tradition and what the church will think then embracing and loving their daughters and their vision infuriate me. I am GLAD that nowadays, Bride’s wear a Second Dress that’s a reception, and get something more fun and that’s what I would’ve loved to of done. I had work for four years to pay for my own wedding but was not allowed to since I was the sixth child and he ate one getting married and my mother insisted I had to do like everyone else. It was so unfair and I am better about it. Years later after my mother passed away I found a Journal which explained why the hostility existed between us and I felt so much relief and that was that I had a twin brother that died at birth and she resented me for living he died. It didn’t help a lot but at least I understood because I could always tell that she loved everyone else but me….The good thing about my wedding is that I truly love the man I married my entire Adult life, & Him me 47 years, until the day he died four years ago and she could do nothing about that because we moved away, 700 miles away from her. Sometimes it’s what you have to do to make your relationship grow which ours did eventually. I hope this bride and groom have much happiness but she better be able to stand up to the ground because she certainly had a hard time standing up to her mother😂❣️♥️ I wish you much happiness and I love the theme of their wedding!
