Ugh every time I see a bride with a huge entourage I’m reminded why I went dress shopping entirely by myself. When I found my dress, I scheduled another appointment and only brought my mom and maid of honor to be there for the “yes to the dress” moment. Huge entourages don’t help.

First mistake don't bring a big entourage! Second mistake don't be a people pleaser! Take one or two people at the most who's opinion you trust! Lastly, you're the Bride, try on different styles and be open to the process. Give yourself time to find the dress that makes you feel so good. Remember that in 20, 30, 50 years hopefully your dress and your look will stand the test of time and not look dated! Also dress shopping and wedding planning is fun and exciting, however the most important fact is the Marriage!

If you don't know what you want, trust the bridal consultants to guide you. They dress so many brides they have an eye for the type of dress that would flatter you best. Then go from there.

Why didn't Linsey go to Kleinfeld?!? She works (and presumably lives) in NYC! Loved the way Linsey's Auntie threw shade at the "stylist's" choice of dress...although I did like that particular one, with the straps up.

I would never presume to impose my opinion on a bride-to-be. I'd be there to support her and encourage her. This bride's friends and family members need to be reminded that this dress is not for them and not for their wedding! It's the bride's day! Step back and let her enjoy the shopping trip!

I brought in picture ideas of the type of dresses I wanted to try, but kept open minded about it. Tried only 3 dresses… had to go back to the 2nd and KNEW! Everyone said it was my dress as soon as I walked out in it! I felt like a princess!

Based on the screenshot, I thought DiAndre was gonna be the bride since they said she wanted to look like Grace Jones. And I was excited for a moment. Now I feel cheated.

I think she would've been really good in like a very angular, v-neck shaped off the shoulder dress. Something really classy but still sexy with the open shoulders, maybe even slightly asymmetrical.

Considering that I do all of my regular clothes shopping alone so that I can take my time and figure out what looks good on me, I don't think I'll treat wedding dress shopping any different. I know that everyone is different, but I honestly don't understand the benefit of bringing an entire entourage to try on wedding dresses in front of. Is it actually helpful to have a group of people espousing their opinions about what looks good on you? If you're someone who genuinely needs help when selecting clothing, then why not just bring 1 person along (maybe 2...max) to help you? Having a whole group just adds needless drama. All I care about is how I look & feel in the dress...not what other people think about how I look in the dress.
