Such awesome wooden boats on display in downtown Lake Oswego Oregon during the heritage car show in George Rodgers Park. I snuck away from showing our Messerschmitt to see the flotilla of wooden boats. The owner of this Chris Craft Holiday sport runabout , 131 rated hp., 6 cylinder ( probably a Chrysler ) triple carburetor, flathead, inboard, direct drive, gives a interview and starts it up for us to listen to the engine music

Beautiful boat... has a lovely burbble to it. I'll bet it sounds great at 3800 rpm!

flathead sixes sound so good ,especially in a boat .

It's a Chris Craft Hercules engine Hercules built the blocks and Chris Craft built them for marine use

This is currently my boat and is for sale $12,000. I bought it from the owner in the video above in 2014 but it is a 1957 18 foot. The original KBL engine has been rebuilt as of spring 2018 and works great! the rest of the boat will need sanding and new varnish since it has not been done since 2002. Still has luster and is always complemented from the boat docks. Contact me if your interested. I will post on ebay as well soon.
