In this video I will take you along on one of my favorite things to do fly. You will see a brief pre-flight and warm-up then we are off into the sunrise to a great place to good get a little breakfast. Hope you enjoy the video.
Spring 1964, Corpus Christi, Texas, my first student flight was in a Piper Tri-Pacer.... LOVED IT! NOISY and landed like a brick (limited wing span), but I LOVED IT!
The father of a high school friend of mine was a pilot for Piedmont Airlines and he owned a Tri-pacer. I got to fly in it once and I have always thought they were beautiful little airplanes.
My first plane I bought in 1975 was a Piper Tri Pacer PA 22 150, KUG, paid $6,500. I had 14 hrs flying time when I bought it. I had 60 hrs flying before I took my test. A great little plane to fly should never have sold it.
Wonderful flight brother - very nice! Loved the wave to your little blue friend in the corner of the hanger! Dropping another LIKE on your video, Watching and Supporting!

It has been a while since I've gotten over to catch up and then boom...this is so awesome, you blow me away with all your talents. I really enjoyed this, being able to just pick up and fly must be a great feeling.
I've got a "60 Tripacer with beat up seats. I noticed the nice seat back on the pax side. Im assuming both seats are same. Did you have them recovered in leather? By whom? Nice vid!
I had a plane like this many years ago and I sold it for 3 thousand dolars, a big mistake I goodlike to have it today, I take of and landing without tuch de wheel, only with tream.
@@mtrunk8570It was nice to see my old plane again. I bought a 56 tripacer in 1974 and got my commercial with it. Flew it 350 hours so got to know it well. Sold it for what I paied for it- $ 5200. Did you know it was called the flying milk stool ? It went up like an elevator in winter here in Canada. Great 4 seater 110 MPH plane. Thanks again !
