I found this Heuer Front 100 (100mm / 4”) this week in Munich,
bought it and thought that’s probably the nicest Patina I have ever seen on a vise.
Technical it was in ok shape but very dirty.
I decided to take it completely apart (my first time on his type) and give the vise a full service (cleaning and grease).
Cleaning was a nightmare and I filmed everything with my iPhone so I skipped most of this boring part in the video.
I used 2 layers of clear coat and I like the finish a lot.
Sorry about the quality, as I said I filmed with a iPhone and didn’t really planned to make a RU-vid video,
I did the cutting with the iMovie ... don’t judge this skills 😅
I really like the Heuer Front in general, they are good, solid vises.
I hope I can help some people with the disassemble and assembly.
