Whoa! My Mother's first car was a 1962 Oldsmobile Starfire convertible in light yellow (I think it is called "Cameo Cream"). My Grandfather must have helped her shop for it because she bought it two years old at the Cadillac dealer where he bought his cars. I never got to see her legendary Starfire, even in photos, alas, as it was sold a couple years before I was born. Knowing the features on these cars, its not surprising it was being sold at a Cadillac dealership. It had great design flair and plenty of luxury features. Love it! Thank you for posting!

Bei dem in Ihrem Video gezeigten Modell von 1962 fehlt auch ein hinterer Stabilisator

My brother had a 1961 Starfire. I wasnt old enough to drive but I loved it. It made me a convertible man for life.

I learned to drive on my mother’s 1962 Starfire Coupe. It was a beautiful car in Sunset Mist Metallic. The aluminum side moldings were unique.

Stunningly beautiful car! My uncle had one of the lesser 1962 Oldsmobiles (Delmont 88, I think) and it was a very nice car. The only negative was the Roto-Hydramatic transmission, which Olds abandoned in 1964 or 1965 for the new Turbo-Hydramatic 400, which was excellent.

Back in 1970-71 I had a 1962 oldsmobile 98 coupe with the 394 cu in V-8 engine. What a cool driving machine that was..It was a rust free California car..

I have owned a 62 starfire for the past 25 years. Love the car. The one in the video is an unusual color. However, where was the radio antenna, the wheel covers are wrong and the whitewalls too large. The only flaws i could see. Would love to own that Fawn Mist with Colonial White roof. Beautiful.
