I have a ‘66 C-10 that won many awards including Top 10 trucks in America by Truckin’ Magazine Editors Choice at SEMA Brothers best of show.... When I saw this truck at SEMA I was floored. The video does not do this truck justice. It is by far the baddest ‘66 I’ve ever seen. I decided to keep mine and redo it one more time. This truly is a masterpiece. Thanks Scott for bringing this truck to the attention of those who haven’t seen it and to those who are dealing with real life issues who needed to see something that just helps them keep on keeping on. This truck does exactly that!
Many years ago I owned a 1970 C10 and put a Chevelle dual quad 396 cu in engine... had a black diamond tuck upholstery and carpet to match. Put 1967 Chevelle Bolero red metallic paint with 4 coats of clear on it, but as nice as that truck was it could never compare to this. This is way above AWESOME! Those C10s make awesome conversion rods. Thanks Scottie.
Scottie , another cool posting. I had one of these too. Big window and long bed with factory 283 , powerglide, a/c ,custom cab,and even a factory tach. I should have kept that one. This one is a work of art and love the hood treatment.Interior is standout. Mike

Over the top for sure, Scottie. Silver is my color too. I love the tailgate especially. We know this Customer is not going to be putting miles on this beauty, but without being Street Legal he can't even pretend he could. I'll never get that one. Maybe he'll have a custom magnetic mirror...lol.
I know every State is different. Here in Michigan, the driver door mirror is required. Just seems foolish though, and doesn't look right. After all, It is a TRUCK. I apologize, Scottie. It's just my pet peeve mirror rant...again. I'm sure I've put you through it before...lol. Still, I love this truck. The cantilever suspension sounds very interesting, and it is a Chevy. 😎
I forget I live in the south where everything is street legal....lol...That rear suspension is very cool...Gap Racing is working on a COE with that.....Going to be way cool!!

Scottie, I think this is my favourite truck from the 63-66 era of Chevys. It has displaced Bradley Grey's '65 Chevy Truck. Nice find. Best of all it's a Canadian Truck. :-)

Hey scottie!!! I really love your videos man and how good of a job you do... I am currently just starting to rebuild my truck and I'm going for the gold, go big or go home right??? Cuz I'm going for the Ridler Award and I really hope I just get to the Great 8, but if I make it on your video then that right there would also be something I can check off my list.. I'm doing something that I haven't seen yet for the Ridler, at least I haven't seen one on any if the pics I've seen for all the Ridler winners.. so I really hope I have a good chance cuz its gonna be cool and just like you, i like to think that i know cool. Nice truck, BUT the grille and door cards Not so nice. very rarely can you change the the grille on ANY vehicle that makes it look better. 50"s customs about the only ones. But very nice truck.
