Awesome car, right down to little details, like the red in center of lug nuts to match the nice red line tires. This is much better than when it was new. I remember the air cleaner trick that I used on a lot of different cars. The 4 speed has to be rare, at least it was in my part of the country. Except for the GTO's I can only remember one full size having a 4 speed and that was in a 64 Catalina.

A neighbor had one when I was a kid. Brand new. I loved the body design. His son got a new GTO about that time. Hood tach four speed. air cond . Red stripes. Kelsey Hayes.chromed wheels. What’s not to love ?

I saw a guy at Pontiac Tri Power Nationals at Summit Race Park the cuts up an 8 lug drum and installs it over a disc brake. Best of both worlds, the 8 luggers are a little undersized for a 428, my 389 GP gets them 🔥 hot

in high school, i drove a 1971 GP sj 455 super duty. an older lady that owned a bar in QUINCY IL order the GP with every option on it. i pulled the motor out when I was 23, rebuilt it at 160.000 still ran great but I know all the hard miles on it, put it in,1968 lemons that I blew the overhead cam six up. was clocked at over 140 more than once.

. In 1980, I purchased a 1965 Pontiac Ventura, 428 H O . from a Army Sargent, who's son past away from sickness, and it was the sons vehicle, for five hundred dollars, and the mother and father cried, when I drove it away . It was red, and mint, and exceptionally fast, I was just a young man, and did not understand, what I had purchased . I sold the engine for three, and a half thousand, installed a four hundred, tripod, back into it, and sold the Ventura for thirty five hundred . These things are worth allot of money . ~ hard life (MULDEW)

This is the most beautiful car I have ever seen. I like all Grand Prix's, but the '67 is the coolest looking of them all. And this one is perfect. I love it. Question; the hood mounted Tach pod, did it come from the factory like that or did you add it on ? I've seen them on GTO and early Firebirds but not on Grand Prix.

Beautiful car, really liked the "big bodied" 1967, and '68 Grand Prix's! You even have the correct license plate for the time period, original, I'm presuming. In California, if you bought a new 1967 model year car, it would most likely be issued with a plate beginning with the letter "T, U, or V". As a kid in 1967, when someone in the neighborhood bought a new car, I'd guess which one of the three letters that the new plate would have, cheap thrills for me, but kept my passion for cars alive!!!

I like the styling of the 67 better than the 68. They really didn't make many 428 cars. Including in the Bonneville either. See more 400 cars. My dad had a long time friend who was a diesel mechanic and he bought a GP new in 67. It was Cameo white with a red interior and the 400 4 barrel. When he and his wife would come over to visit I would marvel at the Pontiac styling. What an awesome looking car.
