So good! Man reliving my teen years in church basements and old gyms. Some younger looking dudes here who did their homework and are singing along.....love it
One of the most underrated hardcore bands that doesn't get discussed enough. I was fortunate enough to have a drink with Jeff around 2004 when they toured with Thursday. Such a genuine dude. It's why I loved their music. It didn't feel fake. You felt it in a form of raw energy. Glad to see they still killing it live.
@KS-ul8xh that was the same show I was at! It was a legendary lineup. Small world dude. That must've been sick getting to party with both bands. I'd fight a bear with rabies for that kind of experience. They probably wouldn't want me around since I wouldn't be able to resist picking their brains about the music the whole time 😅
@@Shrieqer no shit?!? Jeez. Small world indeed. A couple girls I’d met at an earlier show were close with a few of the guys in Thursday, so they invited us all to hang. Knocked back a lot of beers, and hotel staff kept getting called because we smoke bombed the room 😂lots and lots of weed. Woke up at 5AM, my friend fell asleep with his head on the toilet seat 🤣 hopped in my Saab 900 and drove 4 hours back to NH.
@@KS-ul8xh that’s beyond epic dude! A hangover and a 4 hour drive is a small price to pay for hanging with legends of metalcore. I only met Jeff since we were the first to show up and was chilling at the bar. Had to do a double take when he sat next to us 😅. Killer show though, broke my glasses in the pit, and had to drive back to NY squinting the whole way to see 😂
I think what is happening to the Deftones right now will happen with PTW eventually. Bands this good never go forever without the recognition they deserve.
I could see Poison The Well live 1000 times over and still feel the same surge of emotions when they play Nerdy at the end as they do. The passion I have for that song and it's lyrics is insane.
Their guitarist Ryan, the one who looks JUST LIKE ALAN TUDYK, is one of the most creative guitarists alive. I'm glad to see PTW playing live again because it gives me hope for a new album.
First saw them in 03. Been one of my favorites since then. You come before you changed my life. Opposite of Dec was one of my gateways into metalcore. I really wish I could I Make one of the you come before you shows
This guys are legend there first 3 albums are found breaking and I don’t know what the circumstances of them playing here are but they deserve more than this!!!
WOW this setlist is GOLDEN! They played alot from YCBY like Loved ones and For a Bandaged Iris. They never play those songs live. Absolutely mesmerizing set!
Damn! The band that got me into this music back in 2004! Forever grateful for this epic band! I would do anything to hear new music from them🔥🔥🔥💗💗🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
This is SO good to see this band performing live again. I'm now old enough to have come through many many permutations of hardcore over the years but PTW were, are & always will be one of the few standout bands that are still original & relevant. I seriously hope they tour again & maybe even put some new work out there. Thanks for posting this footage up.
I just came across symphony in peril doing new music yesterday. Now this? Wow. Poison the wel really helped form me into the emotional being i am today.
it’s crazy to think I’ve been watching Steven post programme vids for years now but it’s hella insane to see the progression in his camera work and editing over the years just in this video ❤️
The years 2000 thru 2007 left me with zero rotator cuffs or knees. This is apparently the case for everyone at this show.😅 saw PTW in 2001... So many shows..
