We just picked up an original shovelhead chopper from the early '70s and we are going to walk you through the whole process of bringing this gem back to life.
'That won't work, Dad; there's no clutch' (repeat as required). Such a beautiful example of 70's stoner style; good to see it in the hands of people who appreciate the magic :-)
That’s a SWEET bike! I love those old survivor bikes and the stories that come with them. I’d love to find something like that! I’ve been looking for a Shovelhead that I can make it a project bike for me and my pop. He was diagnosed with esophagus cancer in 2019 and the day before Thanksgiving 2020 he was called by his doctor and was told he has brain cancer and had a ping pong sized brain tumor that had to be removed. I’d like to find a bike to work on while he’s still around so I can spend some time with him and bye can keep busy. I thank the VA for doing everything to keep my pop around and comfortable during this time. I was screwed out of $800 for a Shovelhead that I talked to the guy for about a month and he took my money, sold the bike, changed his phone number and I’ve never seen him since. Hopefully I can find something soon, you don’t come across too many of these in Arizona. Great video! Subbed! 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼
I hope Johnny realizes how fortunate he is to be able to this stuff with his dad...love the channel so far, just subscribed..keep up the great work guys 👍👍
We would've done stuff like that too but this thing was kept as original as possible. The next one that we build will have all the stuff we like on it.
I like the red colour its a beautiful looking bike 👍 I would erease the little paintings and the tank painting but thats just my taste / opinion 😅 Why didn't i found you guys earlier it seem you got interesting things to do 👍
dont know if anyone gives a shit but if you guys are bored like me during the covid times then you can stream all of the latest series on InstaFlixxer. I've been binge watching with my girlfriend for the last weeks :)
I know it would have been so awesome for the motor to be matching with the frame. Then again we want to preserve this because of its originality. Maybe later on down the line we will do that
