I agree, Water Lover!!! 2002 are getting rare, but rust free is the only way to go. Built from 1968 through 1975, BMW produced about 400,000 copies in various flavors. If one hunts, one can find a solid, fun, example.

Yes, although BMW had been bringing in cars, the 2002 was the car, along with the Bavaria, which, finally, drove inroads into the American market.

Hmmm ..looks like a money pit to me Pam.. I would like to see an Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser wagon at auction though Comes close to uniqueness as a Greyhound bus, must have been a brave concept at the time.
