This is a "survivor class" vintage snowmobile. That is -- as manufactured without any changes or new parts. No repaint or paint touch-ups. No new fiberglass, plastic, or decals. As the saying goes, "They are only original once".
This was the most expensive consumer machine in the 1974 model lineup. Fully featured, including first-year oil injection and factory-equipped electric start.
The most unique aspect of this snowmobile is the single-year CAT-A-MATIC torque converter drive. No chain case or drive belt. No jackshaft, primary or secondary clutches.
Powered by a Kawasaki 440 engine. CDI ignition.
Dashboard gauges include Tachometer, Speedometer (2,850 miles), and dual head temperature gauges. All gauges work.
