This video brought back lots of great memories. My first camper was a '73 Valley Forge. Traveled through Canada and the East Coast with 3 kids and my wife. I still have the camper but, like me, it's worn out.

Throwback for sure! Amazing to see how good of condition this is in even after all the years. Great video as always Derek.

Oldie but a goodie. No 30 Amp service or furnace is a deal breaker.

Easy enough to add them. I would recommend replacing the converter first just due to its age, then putting on a shelf in the shop for a conversation piece.

We have a 76 Coleman Yorktown that we are trying to restore. We are working on replacing the roof. If we are successful we will order new canvas.

How cool! I would love to have a 1970's Coleman. Enjoy it!

I have a 1987 Sun Valley pop up, that only has the household plug. Do you know the total amount or load I can pull?

15 amps would be the amperage it is designed for.

@ loutinscott1715 found this on the web thought id share, but probly id say in my opinion maby 1200-1500 watts max on the system (for things like toasters and microwaves not a problem, but small electric space heater would top it out and you'd have to turn that off to run other things *from the web* : On average, a 15 amp breaker can run a one 1K light each without blowing or about 1800 - 2000 watts. The only issue with relying on this formula is that it is advisable to only load a breaker up to 80 percent of its capacity. Overloading a 15 amp breaker can lead to very dangerous situations.
