I am sorry that dash pad didn't work out for you! That is really sad to hear that you had to do so much trimming! That's not right at all! I believe that that truck will be an easy sell when you are ready to let it go! Thanks buddy for your video! I really enjoy watching them a lot!
Sorry to hear that about the dash pad, I like the rally’s on that but I also like the torque thrusts on your ‘87. That blue truck would look good with the wheel opening moulding and chrome side moulding too, hope your doing well, take care and God bless
I have a set of those 15x8 factory rallies I'm pulling off my 83 long bed and looking for a set of those torque thrusts to replace them with. Really like that style of wheel. 🤠👍
@@gmtim3840 I had a friend who also had a 87 and he his a/c was on the passenger side where mine is on the driver's side, mine also has v-belts his was different setup both Silverado his also at the 1 rotors. I've discovered that there's sae and metric bolts 🔩 87 was when Chevrolet brought back the 350 and I also discovered that 87 seems to be a year by itself lots of parts listed for chevy 73-86 etc.... I refer to the 87 as the bastard year
Have you thought about an LS 5.3 or 6.0 from a junk yard? I like the way your truck stance is when you get done with them. Your red long bed sits nice. Keep up the good work
Yeah, my father tried a "stick on" dash pad cover years ago, when they 1st came out. Hated it. Going with the $450 whole pad is the only way to go now. Or if your cheap, a carpeted dash mat velcro cover.
@@COWBOYZNATION no this one is an actual dash. Sucks!! I’d rather have the cover lay cap honestly. Next time I will give it one more try and maybe order a different brand.
