Nice video and looks like a great solution to make the upgrade. Wondering if loktite would be a good thing to use on the shackle that uses a threaded screw ?
My solution would be to spot-drill the traveler's cart, free the loop (D-ring), free the old block, put the new block in the D-ring, and then spot-TIG weld the D-ring back.
