Would you say the power gains is with the money? And do you still have the governor restriction at full throttle?

I dont think that the speedometer is not right try yousing like speedometer app on your phone i have this same kit on my honda elite e and my moped gose 40 to 45 max i think the speedometer omly goes up to 35
