I had one (bought at a slight discount) in 1992. I still love the design based on the 24-hour endurance bikes. Bombproof engine. Hardly ever took it above 5000 RPM because it made plenty of power and torque. My then wife insisted I sell it. I had about 15 000 km (9 000 miles) on it. I miss the power of the big four. It's nice to see one again.
I too had one from '91 like this one in the video, bought in '92 with less than 10,000 km on it. Unfortunately grounded after a few months😬😭. Last year I bought an identical example, very well maintained. I hope that at my age I have gained some awareness to give this bike more luck 😅
I had a 1990 red 750 new off showroom floor. 28 yrs later and I got myself a 91 zx11 with only 17,000 miles and almost mint condition. I really want a 1990 gsxr1100 in black.
I still have mine and still ride it from time to time. Wonder what it went for. These bikes are super rare. Most have been crashed by now. I look on Ebay from time to time and can't even find ONE.
The most beautiful SUZ ever built in that particular color... You got the red, black n silver YOSHIMURA edition, but that is a collectors 2000% the ' M' is a true icon... All 145 horses of it! Honors unto the owner for preserving the steed! 👏👏👏👏👏👍💪🎉
So, you would really trash a genuine 10 k miles motorbike that looks like it just left the factory to go farting around about your turbo and nitrous. Wow, exactly the kind of stuff I hate.
Wonder how much it sold for? I have a black and silver 90 1100 I'm trying to a mild restoration on. Also have a super clean 93 ZX11, nice 92 CBR 900rr and a NSR MC21 500 hybrid.😁 Can't wait to get the GSXR out on the road this season.
