Wow 27 years of ownership so far (04 Jul 2020 on typing this)! I have been an owner of my first Del Sol since 2005 (15 years) and do not plan on stopping driving them. I actually have been saving a few from the wreckers (1 from a wrecker, 1 from a tow truck driver and 1 from a private sale but was planning to wreck it). I now have 4 x Transtop Jdm, 2 x Non Transtop and 1x complete Transtop (just needs a motor)

DelSoLove x This body kit was from VIS racing. The side skirts were called techno-R, and the rear bumper was from the TSC kit. This was before duraflex was a thing.

Eibach Sportline springs and shocks, wheels were 16x7 (I think), I don't remember the offset. The wheels were Enkei RSF5.

TheOfficialDivineMayhem I found out about it a few months ago. The dad who bought the car has only put a couple hundred miles on the car in the last 3 years. The car is still in mint condition, but doesn’t run since he never drove or maintained it. Probably needs a good tune up and fresh gas and it would be awesome again.

crxdelsolsir I just had to let it go. I was so anal about the car I never took it out and enjoyed it. I was so worried about getting it dirty that it was almost therapeutic to just let it go and get a new car that I didn’t have such a debilitating obsession with. It was a great car and one of the cleanest del Sols I had ever seen, but my obsession with it had gotten too far and I needed a car I could drive drive and enjoy without obsessing/worrying that something might happen to it. I love my 350z now, it’s a good car and super fun to drive. The Sol was as fast as my Z, but the Z handles way better and the RWD is so much fun.

RapiDEraZeR got mine when I was 17...sold it at 32.

Mark Burzawa they aren't too hard to take out and take apart. The rings are held in by their own pressure. It's a tight fit so they hold themselves in place.

ok thanks i might take it to an auto shop to have them instal it im car savy have changed out a starter before but i feel like the dash is beyond my knowledge how long did it take you to install they charge by the hour where i have taken it before

Mark Burzawa im mechanically retarded and I did it easily. There is a video of Kenny Carmichael (a big name in the del Sol community back in the day) disassembling a cluster and you can find instructions on how to remove it...it's a handful of bolts, easy as pie. OEM front with a Type-R replica lip, Techno-R sides and TSC rear from ViS racing.

Brendan Tribble Chrysler Candy Apple Red with a custom tinted (to make it darker) chianti red mid-coat and 4 layers of clear.

Carlos Gonzalez the body kit is an OEM front bumper with a Type-R lip. The side skirts and rear bumper are from ViS Racing...Techno-R side skirts and TSC rear bumper. That's what hey were called when I bought them. I don't know if they still make them or if they have changed the names, but that should give you enough info to find them.

@@TenshiPlays I have a blue 93 Si...just spent $400 on a windshield, $1,000 on a WAY UGLIER bodykit that DIDNT FIT and had to be modified, $1300 on a tuneup, brakes, etc, $500 on timing belt and another belt replaced, and am guna have it painted next week for about $2500 more...that's almost $6,000 there alone, and it won't even touch how beautiful this car is or looks(plus, my interior is bone stock and needs upgrading)...I would have gladly paid this guy $8-$10k for this car...wish I woulda seen it when it was for sale

michael tu papi yeah, because the del Sol is a thoroughbred, right? 🙄 My del Sol and Z have the exact same 1/4 mile time but the Z handles way better and the torque in the Z is amazing compared to the Sol. I prefer N/A cars now, I love the instant torque without having to wait for the turbo to spoil. Yeah Zs are heavy, but they are fun to drive. My next car will probably be another Z...probably a 370z. I just love Z cars. To each their own.

uniqsol I owned 2 300zx and 1 350z I was getting best by all motor Honda's like nothing so I left the z and noe I got a del sol with k24 swap I've raced countless z and they never come close to beating me cool car yes but horrible platform to try and race only way they are decently quick is when they are turboed that's it

I wouldn't ever sell my del sol to get a 350z
