Good as they were. The Browns lacked a world class QB (like Belichick had with Brady) and we’re not head and shoulders above the rest of the league in terms of talent (like Saban has typically had at Alabama).
@none of your business You mean the same "great coach" that failed when he returned to The NFL & then spent the next decade blaming everyone but himself? I mean Saban pretty much blamed the team doctor for not passing Drew Brees on a physical. Saban is what he is a great "college coach" Oh Dom Caprers got an expansion team to The Conference title game in it's second season of existence. You sound like a bitter TB12 fluffer.
Great rivalry when it still was a fierce rivalry, and I miss Charlie Jones indeed, very talented and underestimated and great passion for the game, thanks for posting this very important game, the division and homefield were at stake, appreciated and gladly subscribed for a while now and I am not disappointed, truly!!! greetings from Belgium and kudos!!!
Not to mention the referees also stole a field goal from Pittsburgh when they said there was no foul after they blew their whistles and they made Pittsburgh rekick after they made the first kick.
Everyone called this a rivalry teams knew in order to get to the superbowl you had to go thru Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh dominated the division browns were good but Pittsburgh was always better. Just like when houston thought they were the team but Stewart slash showed them it allways been Pittsburghs division browns bengals oilers just couldnt get past Pittsburgh
