Kristina, in my opinion you are the best yoga teacher and I love all your practices, however this one is a masterpiece. The arm, shoulder and wrists warm-ups at the beginning were wonderful :) Thank you for everything you do for us!

hey kristina I'm not sure if it is wanted. after min 46 or 47 there are some mistakes in the video, or maybe the cutting could not be done better? i don't know but a few things are only done on one side, and the flow from one position to another is not working ... but over all: thanks for all these backbends classes! i really need to work on it ;-) and I am getting better. THANK YOU!

Great first introduction to chin stands. It’s a lot lot harder than it looks. I just can’t get my left leg to swing up 🙈 Thank you for sharing this practice

@@gayatriyoga to be honest your channel doesn't come up as high as others. I'm not sure why either. Even when I type "gayatri yoga" in the search bar you don't come up in the drop-down suggested searches. Maybe this is just me? I'm not sure if others have this issue too. it's a shame because I really love your channel
It was really fun flow. Chin stand is challenging posture. I successed a second. After a little time, i will practice it again. I hope to do it better. Thank you👏
Day-5 was great Kristina….although I wasn’t able to do the chin stands…it was great trying to attempt. And thanks for the valuable tip of not doing this 10-day challenge continuously everyday. It’s so much more effective when you do other practices in between & comeback to this 10-challenges. 👩🏻💚🍑🥰💜💪🏻💫🙏🏻

it felt more like a restorative yoga, i started feeling hit only in a chinstand itself:( your practices just don't match my preferences i guess, but still thanks for all your beautiful work! your voice is very beautiful 😻
