Thanks Cody for taking us on this journey with you! I agree 100% with eating the same thing everyday. I do that to keep things simple, consistent and accurate. I track and weigh everything I put in my mouth! I never thought I would be happy eating the same thing daily but I truly LOVE it and I'm surprised!

Appreciate you following along! And I think most people are surprised to find that the simplicity of repeating meals actually outweighs boredom from food - or maybe it’s that they just think they’ll get tired if eating the same stuff, but never really do. Plus when you’re getting great results, it’s far more irrelevant!

Do you not track the veggies? I didn't see the green beans or broccoli in the food diary? Thanks for sharing, those are my styles of meals XD

At the moment, no I am not! Not always how I coach people but when things are kept in a very standardized way, such as “50-100g of green veggies in X number of meals each day” - it’s an unchanged variable, making it easier to not track (at times)
