Oh man this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to shape-shifting. Imagine what the human body would be capable of with muscles 10x denser, multiple hearts/lungs, teeth with a molecular structure that'd put steel to shame and wings that'd dwarf a modern passenger airplane
