I've been very happy with the ESV interlinear shown in this video, but my absolute favourite interlinear in any format is Biblehub's online interlinear. I wish that existed in print!
Of course, because Biblehub gives you the pronunciation, I started studying with Biblehub and I used the pronunciation to orient myself because I read while listening to the audio narration in Hebrew and Greek, but after about 6 months doing that, I can now listen to the audio using these bibles that don't have the pronunciation and that's how I'm learning both languages. The day will come with God's help when I myself can read aloud and understand both languages without the need to listen to the audio or use an interlinear bible.
I do think that it is something to boast about😄, in fact most of my Bible reading is not in English or Spanish, my native language, but in Hebrew and Greek using these interlinear Bibles and listening to the audio narration in Greek and Hebrew. Greetings.
There aren't ANY Hebrew English bibles that use Yiddish. But if you are referring to the Hebrew (or Aramaic) letters, e.g. א, ב, ג, then no, I'm not aware of any Hebrew English bibles in print that don't use them.
