@@freeyule Regular yogurt, put in a cheesecloth, hang and let the whey drain out. (You can collect the whey and use it for other things, if you like.) The yogurt solids are left in the cheesecloth...smooth, creamy, and more concentrated. This concentrated yogurt is also known as Greek yogurt.
This looks so great I bet you can substitute it for cheesecake recipe. Make a nice little crust add that to it and top it with some cherry pie filling or whatever suits your fancy with anything would be great.!

Made it and it turned out great. It's different tasting.o like sugary stuff and this is very sweet. I didn't cover with towel I used paper towel stick turned out good. I'm gonna experiment with different flavors.

I think it will be too sweet.. no matter.. If I increase the yogurt quantity...bcs my husband will not eat too sweet due to diabetes... Thanks for your lovely shareing recipe...we all are yogurt lovers...😅😊
Thank you. I prepared it in 2min and did not grease my tin. It came out good after steaming. A sweet and sour dessert. I cooled it at normal temperature as its winter. It set in 2hours
Bonjour Katy! J'ai fait cette recette le week-end dernier. Tellement bonne et soyeuse cette petite crème! J'ai rajouté par-dessus un peu de confiture à la framboise. Penses-tu qu'en diminuant la quantité de lait concentré (pour qu'elle soit un peu moins sucrée) la texture sera la même? Bonne journée
