@HoldenVTCalais lol yeah cus a family car can do 0 to 110mph in 16 seconds[should be more like 17 seconds but lack of drag on dyno] if you watched the top end pull you are delusional if you think a family car can accelerate that quick it was only bogging at first because it was a fourth gear pull from low rpm for the dyno if they did a third to fourth it would have been even quicker at low rpm. Like damn man give credit where its due its not a 600 hp monster but it is insanely under rated and everyday i watch people underestimate Si's its fucking hilarious when people in econoboxes really try and rice i mean race me and get left youre probably one of those clowns😂 and now that im boosted its even more embarassing when cars your teenage mind probably thinks are fast underestimate me and get left too but at least they show respect its always the ones with a 1500 dollar beater talking shit and never backing it up. Also heres a perfect example. A mazda 3, which is a typical family sedan but one of the quickest ones does 0 to 100 in 18.5 seconds so you do the math buddy a full almost 4 seconds quicker to 100 you must have failed school if you think thats the same😂😋 performance.
8th gen civic was so damn fun to drive. no where near fast like my rex but it had so much character. I had a base kpro map which made vtec kick in around 4.5k rpm, that made a huge difference. If it didnt have frame damage i would have turbo that sucker.
You can hear the tires screaming, which means he doesn't have full grip (that's because there's a sudden surge of power with the vtec) If he presses the clutch now, he will lose a lot of speed because the tires will slow down (and his rpm will go down fast too) I don't really know how to explain it but that's the basics
I miss my Integra GS so much. It was my most favorite car I've ever had. Someday I'll buy it back if I see a clean one. Which may or may not ever happen.
Brandon Melhem All jokes aside, if you properly tuned a honda civic motor it can and will haul ass, though most civic owners opt or a fartcan rather than an intake, turbo kit, exhaust etc
