To maintain mobility in your shoulders, try this simple stretch using a resistance band. Grab the band and raise it above your head. The farther you can reach back, the more you will stretch your shoulder and chest muscles.
Another way to stretch your shoulders is to choke up on the band a bit and reach for the middle of your back. Then, slowly slide your hand up to see if you have the same range of motion on each side. This stretch is an effective way to improve flexibility and prevent stiffness in the shoulders.
