From the start, Ryan was very helpful and is continuing to be helpful about his ru-vid.comUgkxGqOCINHE0Z0E5gxzSdNi9NWGugRY5Hm2 Plans . Also, they have answered all the questions I have asked & I got outstanding support from his My Shed Plans full package.
I cried no lie I have 2 jobs and been saving everything penny to get my down together. I love to see theses video when I feel like its all too much & I get inspired. So yes I cried.
That “u•TIL•i•ty” room is awesome! Our home is brick, neatly 2800 sq. feet, and although our “u•TIL•i•ty” room is quite large, it is nowhere that nice! (Sorry, Chance, just have to tease you a bit! Funny thing is I didn’t notice it until you started talking about people commenting about it!) The floor plan is very nice, but to me the upstairs headroom seems to be lacking. But even if someone didn’t want to build it out, think of the storage for Christmas and other seasonal items! What a great space!
I thought the kitchen was really nice, then I saw the laundry room. I’ve never considered buying a mobile home, but these options are better than some of the new homes I’ve toured looking for a house.
Please remember that these homes are built in a factory and do have serious cheaply made pipes, faucets and bathtubs as well they are usually plastic which we found out the hard way! For the price of the new ones, you are usually talking about 130,000 and of you are in a park, we have watched in the last 10 years go from $365/month to over $600 plus water, sewer and garbage! When the plastic faucets break or leak and they all do, plumbers and electricians become your buds!! We had to replace roof, install a magnificent 32 ft. ramp for my ailing mother and lastly, there was so much rot on the house that needed replacement and naturally painting was a must!! Be aware, plan ahead and possibly consider purchasing a small stick built home. We also pay property taxes on both the house and garage. So yes, we got a great deal on this home, but 10 years later, we still have much to do!!
@@dresdners54 Stick built is the same concept and they are building new stick built the same way. I will take a mobile home over a stick built any day of the week. Now if I had to pick stick vs mobile home vs brick I am sure I would pick the brick home. I am doing a remodel on a 1969 Mobile home and it came with everything that would hold up in harsh cold climates although it never seen it. I am ripping all of that out and replacing it with the newer grade pluming that you think is fake but its not. New stick homes are using PEX with a mix of copper.
I live in California and hear everyone complain about how expensive it is to live here. I been renting rooms since I was a teen and once I saved up enough money to buy a mobile home I did. I have a two bed 720 square foot . I Been here 6 years and rent has gone up from 325 to 375. Live in a nice family park. Yes I have done repairs but you do the same thing with cars don’t you?
AT LAST ...a decent laundry....somewhere to hang clothes after ironing...that table bench, for folding and sorting can double as ironing spot...just throw smaller heavy blanket...that you keep in cupboard...PRIMA. PS....pop a laundry chute in upstairs.....yees!!
Just when I thought I’d seen it all you drop this bomb on me!? Two storeys on a frame woah! Man those grey cabs are sharp. Please take my money good sir 💰
That home is stunning ! Microwave away from stove, closet in the bedroom, not the bath.... and all that upper floor would be great for a sewing studio! Thank you for sharing
I would want a different cook top. I have a glass top and hate it. Everything else, just about perfect. It would be so nice to have all my sewing/quilting/craft supplies all organized into one area.
😂 Chance: “I don’t know if ya’ll can smell that.” No, Chance, I can’t smell the house! The kitchen...OMG...so gorgeous! Another OMG was the door to go up the stairs!
@@mayyaawavvyy8470 It's really not that big of a stretch. You actually get just as good quality with the high end manufactured homes like this one; ppl are just stuck on old stereotypes and low end " Mobile homes" and the way they're transported to the home site, but when fully finished they look just as good. 😏
Omg! I love this home. The colors, the layout, the pantry, the backsplash in the kitchen, the chandelier over the dining area, the porch, the kitchen, so much storage,, the walkin closet, the master bath shower, and then the piece de resistance: the attic that you could do so much with! I wish I wasn't retired and could afford. This is my favorite and the home of my dreams!
My wife & I downsized . We purchased a double wide last year. We got the higher pitch roof so from the outside you can't tell it's a doublewide. The only suggestion I would make is in the utility room, sure sure you get a 36" door to the outside. With the size of the newer washer/dryers it will make moving them in a lot easier.
I should have waited until the end to post this. The laundry room was a dream. And I agree, the closet in the master BR was nice. Finally...yes to the merch!
I'd wall off along the staircase and make a bedroom on that end, make a common living area in the middle, and wall off another bedroom at the other end and this is a comfortable 5 bed with 2 living areas!! WANT....IT!!!
I thought I was never going to find a home that hits me with that "W😮W" factor. I thought I was being too picky. So I 🛐prayed🙏 about it at a time that I needed to find a place to make life changing decisions. The very next day, this popped up, and it was like God blessed me with the most beautiful home Iver ever seen. The one that gives you the chills knowing you've finally found your "DREAM HOME"🏡 GREAT JOB DESIGNING THIS ONE❗👍💯
Another beautiful house needs a bigger porch. I know it's a show model but I love the large porches. Thank you for all you do Chance. Have a great evening. Stay safe.
*OMGOSH!!!!!!!! What makes this home perfect is the kitchen space, counters, storage.... The Utility room OMGOSH... EVERYTHING about the master, ALL the windows with natural light..... The Huge porch... Just a Royal hit nothing missing in this home.... Nothing at all!!! Having the upstairs with the door to close it off.... OMGOSH.... WOWZA to the max!!! Is that heated & cooled upstairs???🤗🤗🤗*
I absolutely love everything about this house, especially the "base" price. This would go perfect on 5 acres of land here in South Carolina. Thank you for showing this home, Chance. Another great video.
OH My Chance, thirty years ago I would have given my right arm for this home, now I just look at it and think that is a LOT of housework!! But oh my gosh what a home. Always a great show👍👍
If I had that much space I would have a place for all my stuff. I would just have to do basics. Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and dusting. I would love to just be able to those.
I love when there are entryways like this one has. It's always nice not to have visitors walk directly into your kitchen or your den while everybody's around being busy. I really liked the master closet the way they had already lined out the storage for you, really nice! I think like someone else said he could add some extra storage under that staircase and have pantry or just extra storage for kids toys when you want to rush and put it all up out of the way whatever. I absolutely love that utility closet haha! It was really nice! The upstairs could be a great RU-vid getaway! Thanks for the show and oh by the way you do owe us that pantry dance mister! Blessings!
This was the best video by far just because of your charisma and commentary. Gotta have sound effects, the pantry dance and of course the U-till-TEE room. Love it!
I was thinking half craft half office. It looked plenty big enough to do both!! I just purchased a tshirt screen press and am going to have to build another shed in my yard to set it up so yeah this place would be lovely!!!
Well, you finally did it, Chance! You found my home! From the exterior to the floor plan, this is exactly what we have been looking for. For one, I really like the open, yet individualized feeling of the home. And so much storage! The kitchen with the counter space, built-in oven and microwave, which you rarely see much anymore, not to mention the beautiful island and cabinetry is perfection. The secondary bedrooms and bath are perfectly situated, and the master is perfect, as well. Franklin puts a great deal of effort into their showers. So many manufacturers tile the shower walls, then finish them with a fiberglass basin. I like the tiled shower basin much better. The possibilties on the second floor are limitless, although we have some ideas! Best of all, Franklin builds here in Florida; a definite plus for us. Thank you for the tour! We finally found the perfect home for us. God bless you and as always, stay safe. 😊
@@chanceshomeworld You mentioned another RU-vid page you have. I think you said Camper man? I would love to check it out also, Thanks I'm sure it's as good to watch as are these Mobile Home shows.
The designers knocked it out of the park with this one! I don't think I have ever seen that many cabinets ever. Who has THAT much stuff to fill them all!!!!
Have to say that kitchen was a bit overkill. As much as I would like a larger kitchen, who the hell has that much stuff that belongs in a kitchen? I say, forget the bar. Add that space to the small livingroom that doesn't seem to have enough room for a Christmas tree. You could still have it open setting, but add about 4 ft of livingroom. You would still have too much kitchen to know what to do with it all. Lol
All I can say is WOW!! This is an amazingly beautiful home. The sheer amount of storage available in that house is mind-blowing. I've been binging on tiny home and alternative living ideas for the last two weeks. THIS is definitely NOT a tiny home...but I would LOVE to have the chance to live and work from home in that unit!!! The upstairs has amazing potential for not only storage, but more living space. I'll tell you what. That would be ONE AMAZING SEWING/CRAFT ROOM!!! #HousingGoals lol
I agree with you on this home. It’s absolutely breathtaking and the potential the upstairs has is awesome! Definitely adding this to my list of dream homes to go after! ❤️❤️
Chance this home has that wow factor. Being that you have an upstairs that you can basically do with what you want. For me it would be a man cave. That way the men in the house is out the way with all the mess they can accumulate. Maybe even a bedroom and a man cave. So so nice. Love the master closet. Thanks for a great home tour. Ur awesome with what you do. As I said, You make me smile or out right laugh and that is a great thing in this time.
I would just die for a home like this! I have been very poor all my life. Growing up on a tobacco Farm, but I appreciate the family and life I have had.
I rebuke you from saying you’re poor. You’re not poor, there are other size trailers you can afford. I suggest you start doing some St. Joseph novena or anyone you can find (rosary) have faith in Jesus. All things are possible with Jesus, u must have FAITH. Faith is the substance of things u or I can’t see but I know it works. Our time and Jesus time is definitely different. Thousands of days is one day to Jesus, but for us it’s thousands of days. Pray and wait on Jesus, he’s always on time. I’m going to pray u get a home, but not this home you can’t afford it.
....."but I appreciate my family and the life I have". So then your rich in ways others are poor. Let us all be grateful for the things we do and don't have for there is purpose for it all.
I wish i had a home like this Single mom of2 and auntie of 4 and disabled and currently we are homeless this is by far my best dream home Crazy how i always try to imagine a 2 story trailer with nice porch and deck now i see my dream came true i just wish my dream living here was true
Hey yall its me I really like this home and thank god for custom builds because that laundry room really doesn't need to be that big and that space could have been use for a bigger Master Bedroom closet or more space to the master bathroom and that oven look mighty far from the counter thank God for custom builds
I am in awe. The doors are real doors! That shower stall door is real 🥰. I was not expecting the upstairs to be loft like or live up to it's name and produce such possibilities for that space 😍. Very refreshing Chance.
That's a nice looking house. You could literally put that on a foundation with a basement set up and cut stairs down through the floor below the other stairs in that closet back-to-back stairs to the basement and upstairs
I think that is what the storage closet is for @8:56 so that if you decide to have a basement you could add one and move the stairs down and into that closet.
Such a beautiful home. My boys would love that. I wish I could afford to get a home for my two young men they want nothing more but you have a place they can call home. They would love that mobile home we don't even need that all we need is a three bedroom two bath single wide. It can be a 16x80, or 18x80.
That kitchen is a dream, great for baking, canning.,great porch area and perfect right off the kitchen.closets are rather small for such a house.Utility room big enough for a freezer, extra storage for storage. Thank you for your time.
@@foxxrider250r A UTILITY room is a room within a house where equipment not used in day-to-day activities is kept. "Utility" refers to an item which is designed for usefulness or practical use, so in turn most of the items kept in this room have functional attributes. A utility room is generally the area where laundry is done, and is the descendant of the scullery. - Wikipedia
An entry AND my coat closet!!! Fireplace...in heaven. PANTRY...and a pantry dance?! Get down! Loving it. I like it when you open cabinets...keep on doing it. Love that huge island. Under stair storage...awesome! Linen storage?! So much storage is wonderful. Oh my gosh....that utility room is fantastic! I prefer the master closet in the bath, but I’ll struggle because that closet is nice. Love the master sinks nit side by side. This might be my favorite home you have shown! Awesome job, as usual. Thank you, Chance! Travel safely!
Don't know why but I've become somewhat obsessed with this channel have never lived in a mobile home nor will I probably ever but the narrator is so friendly and amiable I got to say some of the mobile homes are also pretty amazing as well
The insulation is ON the House Roof, under the Attic Floor. As to the "Upper Room" Attic, It will have to be Completely Insulated under the Roof Decking, and then some sort of HVAC system installed, if you want to use the space for "living area"...
It's the same for built on site homes. The attic space has the min for installation as the other commenter said. It is an unfinished space with the potential to be renovated into more room(s)
Love the porch like the door and the little entry way I love that kitchen I have died gone to heaven a fireplace finally. Never had all those cabinets not sure I have enough stuff but that’s ok I can fine new things to use them for. Washer drier but an amazing craft room wow you are not a girl so closets and laundry room /craft rooms don’t make your day lol. Wow wow Holy cow I love it.
It's so funny cause all the claustrophobics in the comments are mentioning about the toilet not being closed off. I don't mind the toilet being in it own confinement. Lol just my preference
