Started this 2 weeks challenge from today (12/7/2021). Since this video has no warmup included...I followed warmup from ur 21 days wt loss challenge..... Only doing workouts in the evening time...gona update my changes for 14 days . 🔜SHOWTIME 🔛 Day 1: ☑️ wt : 57.4, still body pain is there Skipped 1 day, wt now is 57 These kind of wrkout with proper timetable seems to be cool....thank u anywayss ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My current weight : 78.5kg My target weight : 55kg My initial weight to want to lose in this challenge : 70kg So I am starting from tomorrow (10/4/20) ...... Day 1: done (guys I only did once because I am also doing a glute and abs challenge so it mainly concentrates my legs . Also day 1 is leg day So I couldn't do it twice)

Am gonna walk after every meal for 20min atleast 7. Am gonna eat as much as healthy foods (if not completely 80perc atleast) 8. Most importantly even if I fail for one day or if I eat more calories am not gonna quit..I ll continue from next day..bcoz I suppose more ppl fail here...ppl give up wen they overeat for one day Yu can suggest if we can add anythin extra.. I ll update my weight everyday from tmrw.. Also at the end of day am gonna write down wat all I eat in a day..and gonna weigh every mornin on empty stomach...
Hey guys! So i thought of doing this and me hamesha comment section refer karti hu ki it works or not but this time i thought of trying this if it actually works and i will share the result...(TRUTH) I am 15 years old and my height is short and my weight is 49 kg and i want to loose it like 3 or 4 kgs... Day 1: Legs exercises! I did all the exercises and then repeated it... I am sweating like shit and my legs are paining thoda sa... Day 2: Upper body exercises! My butts were paining a lil before I started the exercise...Just finished all the exercises 2 times! Sweating alot but really enjoyed today's session! My body still hurts a lil bit but not much... Day 3: Abs! Initally when i started my abs were hurting i mean my stomach but i continued all the exercises 2 times then i did meditation...I feel ok now Sweaty but no body pain other than my stomach area(abs) Day 4: Waist burner excerises! My body was really lazy when i started but no pain then completed the 2 sets! Feel good and sweaty! No pain at all Day 5: Butt blast exercises! I started the first set the exercises were really nice but my body was paining then i did the second set it was okayy....After the exercises i am all sweaty but my legs are paining a lil bit Day 6: I didnt think that i should take a break so i continued...I did all the exercises with her like video ke sath no time limit....My legs are paining like hell...But i feel really fresh! Day 7: Legs exercises! I started doing from day 1 again! I didnt feel to workout at all but pulled my self up and did it! No pain at all.....Sweaty but feeling so fresh! Day 8: Upper body exercises! I did the 2 sets then no pain not much sweat...I dont know why but i didnt really enjoyed it..... Day 9: Abs exercises! I was really sleepy but i did the 2 sets and omg my legs and my stomach(abs) pain....But sweaty and feeling fresh! Day 10: Waist burner exercises! (Forget to comment...) No pain at all just all sweaty Day 11: Butt Blast exercises! I was really active when I started and the two sets and feeling amazingly fresh! No pain at all Day 12: As usual i didnt took the break and did the exercises with the video no time limit( But thodi si cheating ki video fatafat aage badake) No pain at all and just lil sweaty Day 13 : Today also i just did with video and bohot kam exercises ki just for like 8 to 9 mins...Thats all Jyada sweat bhi nhi hai and no pain at all Day 14: Legs exercises! Started with day 1 again! Did the 2 sets and feeling sweaty and freshh! (I thought of checking my weight because its 2 weeks from when i started....But i think jyada farak nhi padega hoga isiliye i am going to continue for 1 more week then i will check my weight) Guys(Agar ye koi bhi padhega toh..) I finished 2 weeks challenge I lost 2 inch all over the body....... it is a difficult workout for beginners but if u don't push urself u won't be able to achieve ur goal ..... so stay dedicated and motivated...... well I followed normal south Indian food and I used to have a chocolate ( I can't leave without chocolate) . I m taking this challenge from today will be back here with the results after 2 weeks 🤗🤗 UPDATE- I started this challenge on 16th June 2020 And today on 26th June 2020 I completed this...(because the exercise are only for 5 days and 6th and 7th day are rest day so I took only 1 day rest and that's y I completed it only in 11 days ) I have lost 1.5 inches of belly fat 1 inches arm fat 0.5 inches leg fat It really worked I combined this with Roberta's gym 7 day challenge (which I continued for 14 days though 😅😅) The only issue I faced in this workout was the timer we have to set our own timer and she doesn't performed every exercise for 60sec in the video...so that was the only problem .. But thanks a lot Saumya...
It really works i have done this for 2 weeks and lost 3kgs and i didn't eat any junk food or outside food and i stopped sugar instead i used brown sugar for milk.i didn't follow any diet.2 sets of this workout one in mrng and one in eve.
I started somya's 2 weeks challange along with irregular intermittent fasting and 2 to 3 cups of lemon hot green tea but worked out 2 times a day in morning I followed home walking challenge and evening these alternative 2 week challenge exercises my initial weight was 66.5 and after just a week I am 64.5 Thanks somiya you are the real inspiration I will try to be consistent with my weight loss journey...

Make sure you get in some form of cardio, weather it be walking, jogging, running, HIIT workouts or a 30 minute swim. Cardio is essential to weight loss. You cannot spot reduce. These workouts will amount in losing some fat but will tone up your muscles. For complete fat loss, cardio is of utmost importance. This is coming from someone who learnt that the hard way. Love these workouts. This months workout routine is sorted, thank you.
Day 1 done : sweaty....had calf pain in the next morning Day 2 done : it isn't as easy as it seems .... Having shoulder ache 😷 But I'm like still going.... 😍🤟 Day 3 done : it was damnnnn 😥 sweating 🥵😥😥😥 but yup did it 🤩🤟
I'm also taking up this challenge. The tips that I will follow along the challenge: 1. Eat on a particular time everyday. 2. Will try to eat as much healthy food as I can. 3. My diet plan is below ... I start my day with a bowl of fruit with mixed seeds. Then after 2 hours tea with some papad or makahan then for lunch 1 chapati and double the sabzi and lassi Then around 5 beetroot and half pomegranate Then at 7 green tea or masala tea At 8 sandwich or lunch repeat At 9 turmeric tea 4.I also do cleaning of house everyday in the morning. And in the evening I'll follow this workout. 5. Will drink at least 3lts water with mint leaves added to it. 6. Will make sure to leave all the gadgets while eating. No talking while eating. 7. Will stay away from gadgets for at least 2 hours in a day. 8. Will read 5 pages of a book before sleeping. My current weight 70kg. I wish to reduce 10kg but let's hope for the best. I did this regularly and lost 3kg in 2 weeks....I did it just as shown and regarding my diet...it's normal diet...but I completely quit cheese, chocolates and ice creams

Ur videos are good but u have to singel video for each along with timer so that we can do by seeing. Because like this we have put timer for each and we have see ur video for next exercise it is difficult for beginners

@@atiqarana3937 I ate clean, no sugar nothing processed, it does work, I lost around 1 kg also I did 60 minutes of walking too eveyrday, it will work better on complete beginners though.
Dii ..I just have one question to.be answered ...and its acts like absolute motivation ..once back in 2013 u wighed something around 60's I don't remember exact number ..bt more than what you are now ..my question is did u ever go to gym in this transformation process ..or u just studies , researched about the things and made it possible at home by following proper diet and workout sessions??? Let me tell u i lost the exact same weight just walking in my homes hall...12 kgs to be precise! All u need is good earphones, shoes, time thats ittt! Eat normal home cooked food!!

I weigh about 65 kgs n height is 5 feet. I am overweight. I have taken over this challenge. I did for 5 days. I have got a Heavy body pain initially. it was difficult to do for 1 min each steps. So I did for 30 to 40 secs. Hoping to check the result.
Okay so I am starting this from today ..... Height - 5"3' Weight 11 June : 67.5 kg Day 1 - ✔️ ( This 12 min work out turned into a 22 min workout with rest intervals ....It's very much exhausting 😶) If you usually don't do exercise and you are starting with this please make sure you have a resting area near you and people in you house know that you are doing exercise so that they can keep a check on you after 15-20 mins...I am saying this because I did exercise today and I fainted as soon as I finished my workout . ) Day 2 : ✔️ (It seems easy but it's not ) Day 3 : ✔️ ( I felt these exercises easy )
U can do it girl.. I wanted to share u my journey I am 5.2 and I was 65kg 2 yrs back but I worked hard ate clean and followed workouts I came down to 58 kg thn i suffered from deep vein thrombosis 😐 due to which I was at rest and gained 2 kg (60kg)but once it started getting better I didn't give up and started my weightloss journey again and in 4 months i lost 7 kgs and now I am 53kg.. u can do it just be confident never lose hope and never give up ☺ keep trying
