She's a kid who isn't even old enough to enter a bar or legally purchase a drink, yet she already looks so defeated by life. If what she's saying is true, then her mother is a horrible person who terribly failed her. I pray that she's able to find a mentor or village outside of her family who can help guide her in the right direction.

Consider that the Mother's may be broken also. We tend to expect so much from our parents and never considering their lack of knowledge, experience, societal oppression...aka, they don't/didn't know & was winging it. I heard someone once say that children don't come with an instruction manual. ... today, I would respond with; yes, they do. It's called The Holy Scriptures, specifically Proverbs book 1 through 4.

As a survivor of sexual abuse I wouldn’t want some stranger asking me those questions I would’ve blew tf up on Marcus because that’s a very touchy subject to me and if you’re not a therapist don’t ask me no shit like that for your content… He could stir up old demons and make you want to unalive yourself for the simple fact you’re homeless and then on top of that now you got me thinking about my childhood trauma with no one to go to for support

You are right, she needs a professional counselor, not a unlicense therapist like Marcus who's always saying let it out after he opens pandora's box with no path to healing. Triggering some people can lead to them harming themselves

I think she tells the truth but she seems to distort a bit. For instance she won’t complete any story, which makes me feel like she is misleading a bit. All of these vague stories and her eyes keep going off like she’s trying to think about what to say versus just saying the truth. There could be something mental developing or that has already developed.

Just speculation: What if she got pregnant by the stepfather, but is blaming it on this mystery person in another city? Is that why she doesn't care to have the father involved in the child's life or financial support at the minimum?
She did give the stepfather's name, so I believe that she's being truthful. It may be that she's just not ready to tell all the details. Maybe she hadn't got to that place yet.

I’m 23 years old and In your 20s you try the hardest to figure out yourself, what you want in life, and your goals! I wish you would have asked this young woman some better questions and maybe even a testimony. You should ask questions thats uplifting and maybe even self reflecting! All this talk about trauma is just toxic she even has a child so this young woman and mother I’m sure is mentally and physically drained, she needs words of encouragement. She is still young so I’m sure her outlook on life will evolve as she matures. Control what you can but don’t worry about what you cannot. God bless her and her baby.
This is the EXACT same thing that happened to me but not my mom trying to fight me or not believing me. My momma BF caught a boy at my window (he was out back smoking) it was dark and the boy didn’t see him in the darkness nor hear him. So the boy was knocking on my window and I let the window up to curse him out and tell him to GTFO (he was my boyfriend cousin that’s how he knew which window was mine) but my ma BF came in my room talking about “ I seen that boy, now I can tell ya ma or you can give me some” I went and told on myself and my ma tried to killem 🤦🏾♀️

I can't blame a lot of these chicks out here in the streets early in life. A lot of their mamas never wanted to take care of them due to despite for their father. So all u young ladies and brothas who out there just know and accept that reality so u can move on.....
