I was feeling really down this whole week but than I found this video on my explore page and now it literally gives me SO MUCH serotonin boost..it's crazy and I'm going to keep on doing this for a while.
Day 1 - Done! I did this ten times in a row and oh my gosh I feel incredible. I hate working out but this is definitely something I've enjoyed doing! ill be back tomorrow

I do this everyday. I saw results when I was consistent with it last summer. I dropped 20 lbs but I also paired it with Lilly Sabris "Lose belly fat in 10 days" work out and a thigh work out. I do this every day with the other workouts for no more than 30 minutes and that was enough to see results👍🏽
I will do it but combined with a Chloe Ting Routine of one hour. Don't know if you wanna see my progress, but I'll be there daily. Height: 1.59 Weight: 52kg
I was looking this comment! Okay. So I actually have some Chloe Ting in my routine and it hurts like hell but it's normal. I feel a lot of pain in my abs and legs but I never did a routine before so yeah. It's working till now. I also do dance so hurts more. Till now everything hurts and I have three days doing Chloe routine so my abs are coming out and I'm feeling better even when there's pain
@@jezzy3472 I was doing the three weeks shred but I decided not to do it so I do only abs from her. I do the 2 weeks abs and 6pack in 3 weeks. My normal routine is Jungkooks routine and dancing because some dances are really heave and they leave me dead.
Ok, I'm gonna start to do this every day! Waist: 27 inches weight: 59kg Day 1: ✅ OMG IT WAS SO FUN Day 2: ✅ Bro this was killing me but I was determined to finish it and I did! Day 3: ✅ getting easier :))) Day 4: ✅ Today was a bit harder but did it! Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Was a bit hard towards the end but i did it without any breaks! ☺️ Day 7:✅ I weighed myself and I'm now 57kg! 1 month update: So i have been doing this for like a month now with a diet and some other workouts and now I am 55kg! :)) I’m probably going to continue this cause its very fun and effective!! 3 month update: I stopped for a while then got back into it but not everyday and now i am 53kg!!! im very proud of myself from going to 59kg to 53kg (:

Not really here for weight loss purposes (although I am overweight so it is a plus), but I have been feeling anxious all day and this really helped getting excess energy out and making me feel a little happier!
Day 1: 10 reps. 1-3 weren’t bad pretty easy and by the third I was already sweating. 4-6 I was tired but kept going, the video being short rlly helped. 7-10 my energy started to build up bcs I rlly wanted to give it my all on 10. Rlly sweaty afterwards and the running crazy and clapping my hands up high was what rlly helped me go through this, it was my fave part. Day 2: 10 sets. Was having rlly bad stomach pains and didn’t want to do the workout but I didn’t want to give up so I did it and by set 2 my stomach pains were all gone😳 Had more energy than yesterday and only felt tired at set 6. Took a way too long break at set 7(10mins), which made me have less energy for 8 and 9 so I was super sloppy but I tried giving all the energy I had left on set 10. Super sweaty again and rlly fun. Day 3: 15 sets. I was exhausted and song started to get old but on the 15th set I used all my energy and it was fun again so from now on I’m going to try keep the same energy up. Day 4: 10 sets. Felt super easy until 6-9 but 10 was so much fun as usual lmao. I’ve been sore for 3 days now, I just want to note that since I never mentioned it. My calf’s especially are so sore lol but idc cos it’s just proof I’m on the right track. Day 5: i was so excited but had to skip cos I had exams and had to sleep early(usually workout at night) Day 6: 20sets. I did 10 sets without taking a break and then took a short break and did 7sets no break and then did the rest omg. I decided to do 20since I missed yesterday. Day 7: 10sets. I see no difference physically, I’m sweating a lot and trying to eat healthier at a calorie deficits and the only difference I’ve see is the ankle taps get easier. Day 8: skipped Day 9: skipped Day 10: skipped
Day 1: did it! I kinda had a hard time trying to learn the choreography but I did it. Day 2: Done. Day 3: couldn't finish because I was alittle tired but I tried. I'm currently trying new workouts so I'll come back to this later! Started this again after 5 months.
Starting at 74kgs Day 1- did the 10 set without break my back hurts a bit , it was so fun thought . Sweating like hell but loved it Day2 - body ached like hell , but gathered some power to get through those 30 mins Took it pretty light but was doable 🙂 Day3- was so low on energy . Did all the sets anyway . Remember to cool down after workout , you won't be sore the next day

I started this yesterday sooo: Starting weight: 164.5 Day 1: Done! Day 2: Done! *(in pain)* Day 3: Done! (only did 7 sets cause I had to go to school :/) Day 4: Did it later today cause I woke up late but I lost 0.5 lbs already :D Day 5: I got my period today so I only did 5 sets Day 6: I'm actually not as sore today :D Day 7: I'm halfway done and I haven't given up yet!!!
