20 MIN BOOTY BUILDER - Gym Style, Slow Circuit Training with breaks / Equipment: Weight

You can do this with a home-made weight or in the gym with heavy weights ♥︎ This will 100% help to GROW your booty!/ Werbung
Inspired by a classical gym day. Whenever I post those on Instagram you scream „giveeee us that for RU-vid!“. But(t) that’s tricky, because it always depends on the equipment you have available! For this video, I combined exercises that I love and regularly do into nice Circuits.
▸ I am using a 12kg / 26 lbs dumbbell. For the „simplicity“ of the video I only used one weight. If I’m in a / my gym, I would use several weights with different numbers. In this case, I would structure it like this:
1. Front Squats: 17-24kg
2. Deadlifts: 20-30kg
3. 1-Leg Deadlift: 12kg
4. Wide Side to Side: 12kg
Your home-made weight:
1. Take a bag
2. Search for dense + heavy food in your kitchen. For example: packs of flour, rice, oats, etc.
3. You can easily put 6 to 10 packs into one bag. That makes 6 to 10 kg :)

Work on lower back mobility and strength, also tighten your abs so your spine is protected🥰 Btw happens to me way to often wich is why I also stretch everyday to prevent it from happening 😌👌🏻

If your lower back hurts, you have excessive anterior pelvic tilt (ATP). You're putting too much emphasis on stickn out your butt out, rather than tightening your core and squeezing the upper glutes to properly support and stabalize the spine.

@@khushisukhi28 no need to feel bad! Everyone has a first time. Working out is supposed to be self care not punishment for eating or whatever it is that you're afraid of. Try to watch the video carefully... Look at her form and fix it accordingly. Do the workout in front of a mirror if that helps

@@oindriya thank you for this comment! i am very good at avoiding bad food and eating healthy so I'm not worried about this but I get super anxious about premature ageing and my body losing its ability to exercise intensely. last year was the best for me cuz I used to workout intensely for 2 hours everyday. but this year due to other obligations and just finding the right rhythm for working out my body has become different. i hope to get my groove back soon! :))

If your back is hurting, you are probably arching your back when you’re doing your squats. Focus on keeping your back straight, go slow, and poke your butt out like you’re going to hit a wall. Do it in front of a mirror so you can make sure that as you go down your lower back is tucked with your pelvis

drop the weights for the side to side lunge and just focus on sticking out your booty from the back to focus on the burn. also instead of front squat try replacing with barbell squat if in gym

what really helped me was doing pams 10 minutes side booty activation + 10 minutes glute bridge burnout before this workout to activate my glutes ! after i did this i felt my glutes during squads for the first time ever lol

I just love all your workouts. I have been working out at the gym for more than 5 years, and I just recently started home workouts thanks to your videos. I could easily say that I have never seen so many results in such a short period. It just feels like your 10- 20 minutes workouts are more effective than hitting the gym for 1 hour minimum.

@@MsCandy181 I’m not out of shape either and I workout five days a week. I think it has something to do with the workout positions combined with using the weights. Not very safe on the back, won’t be doing this one again.

The positioning is not good form so those of us who know how to modify, did so. The leg raises should be done more of the height of a kitchen counter, looking down at the ground, otherwise, I did donkey kicks and leg raises on my hands and knees. I've been doing Barre for years, and those leg raises were 😮off. Maybe others were also lifting heavy weights with poor form, unintentionally, and that created back pain. I love Pam, also, but not this routine. Take care of your back! ☮🥰

Hi Pam, on the off chance that you see this comment, I have a video suggestion! I have slightly uneven legs (one is a tiny bit shorter than the other), so I always struggle to engage both legs properly when doing squats/glute bridges, etc...I was wondering if you might consider doing a video with all single-leg exercises for us uneven folk, haha : ) Thank you for all of the amazing workouts!! 💕

I just transitioned from doing the beginner workouts to the intermediate and right now I am doing Pam’s medium level workout program from her app. This is week one , day 2. This workout was a little tough and I think I used a heavier weight than I should 😮. My back was completely weak. But I will prevail 😂. And next time I do this video I’ll start with a lower weight and focus on my form. Hopefully I’ll do better next time.
