BOOTY WORKOUT GUIDE:
In this workout, we’re going to perform 10 moves with 45 seconds active workout, and 15 seconds of rest. We’ll be doing this for a total of two rounds and its key to focus on engaging your booty and core while performing each movement. Intentional workouts get the best results!
- Lateral lunge right to curtsy
- Lateral lunge left to curtsy
- Single right leg hip thrust
- Single left leg hip thrust
- Hip thrust forward kick
- Squat pulse
- Right kick back pulses
- Fire hydrant right
- Left kick back pulses
- Fire hydrant left

After you’re finished with the first round give yourself only 15 seconds before jumping right back into. Remember to stay hydrated and nourish yourself to feel and see the best results.
