Welcome back for another workout!
Todays workout is going to be an upper body workout! We will be working out our arms, chest, and shoulders. You will need one dumbbell or something heavy (water bottle, laundry detergent, etc) and a chair (optional) for todays workout!
This is a high intensity workout so your heart rate will be elevated to burn those calories while building strength at the same time.
Here is a breakdown of the workout:
30 seconds each, 15 second break in between, 3 rounds!
1. Overhead press with a squat (DB)
2. Push ups
3. Tricep dips (chair)
4. Alternating renegade row (DB)
5. Squat w curl (DB)
6. In and out (chair)
7. V sit press (DB)
