Chair Yoga!! It's yoga for everyone! Great for those unable to stand during a whole yoga class, but really a class for anyone that wants a great relaxing deep stretch and feel great! Perfect for those who are new to yoga, beginner exercisers, and seniors. It's 20 minutes in length and you will follow me through 5 short combos, 5 times each. It's easy to follow and fun! Great to do after one of my cardio workouts, too! Enjoy the peaceful stretch!
