Great session for a busy morning. One comment that I hope may be helpful - it seems like recently the audio volume on your videos has gotten much lower. I turn up full volume but need earbuds to use AirPods to hear you. I thought it could be an issue with my device but have tried multiple devices now from laptop to iPad to iPhone and the volume is low. Compared it to other RU-vid videos (including your older videos) and it is isolated to only your newer videos within the past couple of months. Other than the volume I love your videos! It's even worth slipping in the AirPods.
I do yoga daily, yes i like to start with this routine but many days i do much more :) my full practices are on the CMC if you’d like to see what i do daily
Great workout + quiet. We need more minimal cue yoga like this. Or even more minimal which conveys what a true yoga practice should have. Inward quiet space. So little on RU-vid like that. Too much is overexplained.
There’s a different between a class and a practice. Both are useful. For example if you want to learn to write you have to take a writing class. In the writing class, you are learning, and maybe practicing writing a bit, so that you can then write better after. This is how yoga is. You take classes so you can have a practice. Ultimately a yogi should have a self guided practice in addition to the classes they take.

I admire your work, tenacity and the effort you put into each yoga classe. One day you are on the beach, the next day in the middle on the road, next day in another amazing scenario. You are an artist and a master or creativity.
