One of my favorite full-body stretch and detox routines. This yoga class will help you to build strength and mobility and then finish with deep stretches to help the body relax, let go, and feel so good. I hope you dig this class.
By Day 7, I actually meant day 14.😅 here’s the link: This Breath Technique Transformed My Flexibility / Mobility Day 14 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-anPj9z_YXH8.html
I have watching your videos for recovery days on the weekends and I am feeling more flexible every day, and the more I do yoga the more I enjoy it. Thank Tim.
Hello Tim. I'm loving this yoga challenge. Your voice makes it even more soothing and enjoyable. Thank you so much for your kind heart and wonderful personality. Love to see Ollie. 🐾🐶 Take care. ❤
Just finished day 17 (I know I’m behind but am determined to keep at it to make this a regular daily practice). Loved this class Tim. I’m definitely noticing I’m more flexible. Thank you
I came back very tired after a long day and commuting. I was tempted to skip today's practice but my determination to complete this challenge won! I am happy it did as I feel totally calm and rejuvenated❤❤❤ Thank you Tim and goodnight everyone( London time here😂)
Your videos are great, I really like how careful you are with a body and precise with the cues. Through them I get the chance to really appreciate the pose and how my body feels in it. Thank you :)
Thank you for the reminder to do the breath work. I went back today 14 instead of day seven I really appreciate the connection that you make with the breath work leading to the expansion to the bodywork.
Dear Tim: thanks a lot for the daily challenge and Ollie... It reminds me to watch my food intake, so I can get rid of the extra weight gained during the last parties... NAMASTE🐶
So sweet, especially right after morning mobility. Always feel like I’m getting a jumpstart on my practice by loosening up first. Love your cues, I always hear exactly what I need to in each moment, helping me to access more in each pose. Thanks, Tim!
Thank you for Day 17, Tim. It was great to do today’s video after my S&C class tonight. Nice stretch and feeling chilled now. Very grateful for today’s practice with you. Thanks so much!!
Great session today thank you, holding the lunge twists was strong but great and I did it after practicing the posture video again so everything felt freer. Thanks Tim and lovely to see Ollie back too :)🐶🙏
Thank you for this opportunity to unwind to mind and body. I always appreciate your suggestions for modifications because I hear them as reminders that struggle is not required, in yoga, in life. Great series.
Thank you yet for another wonderful session. I love how your guiding through the practice and tips that really helps me to adjust to the better posture. Namaste
This was just what I needed! I’m just getting to the end of a three day fast and I wanted to move my body but not push it too hard. This was perfect! I feel so good!
“Be where you are, and breathe.” Now those are some words to live by! Also appreciate thinking about the illusion of opening our chest and elongating the spine by compensations made by my body. Oh and your chat about proportions, using a block really made a difference in how the poses felt without any negative thoughts on a lack of flexibility. Really dig this one!
I am SO HAPPY that you mentioned that props are about PROPORTIONS, not just flexibility!!! 💚💚💚Unfortunately so many yoga students don't use them b/c they feel like they shouldn't or that they just need to work harder. To me, using props is a sign of more advanced knowledge - I started using them MORE after going through my yoga teacher training. Also, I definitely need a strap to reach my arms up and behind like you did in this video. Thanks for this nice stretchy practice - and I would love pranayama as a part of each routine!
Loving this! I signed up for a 12 week strength training program and this is just perfect for after. And yeah, incorporating pranayama is challenging but working on it and trying to be more mindful and focused. Thanks for this Tim !
I’ve been a bit behind with your videos but I’ve managed to catch up with day 16&17…after doing yesterday’s and today’s sessions I feel extremely calm, relaxed and stretched out. My shoulders feel amazing and I really loved the breath work video. I’ve been doing that every morning and starting to notice a wee difference in regulating my breathing during pose changes. Still find it challenging but that’s all part of my yoga journey with you! Thank you so much Tim for providing these videos, I find them incredibly helpful and invaluable…you are an amazing instructor and I love that you don’t have any cheesy music in your videos. It helps me to stay focused and concentrate. I appreciate you! Namaste Yogi 🙏🙏
I always practice at night whene everyone is asleep so that i can have the quietness i need and no matter how tired I i feel before, I always end up feeling relaxed and stronger at the same time.. Thank you Tim
TY . 1st time I did one of your videos . Liked gate on blades of feet. Reclined twist with cue to stop before bringing the knee all the way over . Yep -got a hard to get spot of the outer hip on that one . Yes ! Pranayama - so "easy" and so resisted . I teach yoga and do psychotherapy . People are like NOOOOOOO on breath-work !! hahaha . thanks again.
day 7: I skipped it as it ws breathwork and not labelled as pranayamah lol....will definitely will do it now :D Thank you so much for this daily vlog, I have been doing nearly all of them and have done 20 mins of yoga min each day since the beginning of the year even when I had zero room to practice. Bed yoga is better than nothing! Thanks for all your videos
Thank you for a wonderful class. It’s a pity the breathing class is ignored as it’s so valuable. I love pranayama as my default state is sleepy mammal and the breathing makes the active asanas achievable. Thank you also for your prompts of minor adjustments, very helpful.
Thanks, Tim! I love doing the squats as past of my warm up. My knees really need those. They're better than an oil can. (: Did I hear a rooster and some wind chimes? Namaste.

ok yogis! I'm hopping into the comments to tell you all why I find breathwork immensely useful. Practicing yoga for 15 years. Breathwork helped me with the following: -keeping steady in the face of work stress -pushing hard through long efforts on the bike -giving birth to my baby -falling asleep when my body is so stressed it's hard to shut down -re-energizing at high elevation on bike rides -reducing/eliminating shoulder + neck pain (I sit in front of a computer for work and ride bikes for fun, do the math!!!) Point of interest: I'm on 8+ counts for inhale/exhale after practicing breathing. If you find that particular exercise boring try alternating single nostril breathing and also kapalabhati breathing.
I couldn't do the chair and lunge twisting for so long. Apparently, my thigh muscles are not srong enough. I wonder if when going from chair to the lunge I could do the front leg stretch before the lunge twist in order to give some rest to the muscles before the lunge twist, even if I have to go to the front leg stretch once again. I hope you don't mind my feed back. Maybe there some others like me, with week muscles. Thank you Tim.
Just drop your back knee in the lunge twist. My bad, I forgot to mention that modification. And you can always come out of a pose when needed and then go back in when you feel your body is ready. But ultimately, practice will help your body to adapt. So, if you find something challenging, you should continue practicing it regularly until you can do it with ease.
And back to day 7 I go :-) Also, I did laugh when you said to bring your right knee back, how did you know it had scooted forward just a smidge? Great practice as always. Thanks Tim.
Hey Tim, thanks for all the videos, I've been following you for years and have seen many benefits. After all that though I have come to realise that down dog is causing me lower back problems. What an I doing wrong? Is it something I should look to fix or just do childs pose instead? Are some poses just not suitable for some people?
Hey, sorry to hear that. It could be a lack of mobility somewhere so that you need to modify the poses somehow. If you’d like I can work with you on the CMC - my membership site www.timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement Or you can shoot me a DM on Instagram and set up a private class.
A free option would be to try my back care videos and see if you can figure out what you’re doing wrong on your own as i give a lot of hints and clues as how to modify the practice for poor mobility that causes back issues
