I hv been following her in most of her programs but this is the best because she includes everything… love it. I started with her other program with warm up movement then followed by this exact program. You will sweat like river flowing. All in all i did 45 mins of her session. Thank you to the team❤️❤️.

You can do whichever you feel that you are comfortable with, I always workout before going to sleep. I let the fat burn while I'm asleep because if I do it in the morning or afternoon or evening, I still feel I'll gain a little bit after working out and having a meal after that.

@xianglin_cp dear I did it's famous move you can search Kiat jud dai workout and you'll find that move Ok I'll give you the link I did that move only for 10-15 minutes a day And 20-25 crunches I just did only these.. I ate as normally. Just avoided Junk food
