I just started 2 days ago with results already. I can't believe it. There's a straight line down my back and the small of my back has gone in quite a bit. My obliques as showing already. I can't wait to see how I will look after a week and a month. I'm so thankful for this exercise and this lady.
My tips: ~Eat around 1300-1500 calories ~drink water ~sleep because it will help with digestion ~drink black coffee before taking a huge business lol (also helps with digestion) ~do this workout ~do the 5 min workout ~do kpop just dance compilation part 1 ~do sunny funny Fitness kpop workout ~exercise every secound day because if you do it everyday your sleep will suffer and you will focus too much on your weight loss ~take breaks and don't overdo it. 10 minutes of whatever exercise you choose are great for the start. Add more time once you get used to exercising. It's my 3rd week and I see differences around my waste, back and belly. ~don't eat too many carbs and eat as little sugar as possible *DON'T STOP ONCE YOU REACH YOUR GOAL!* Exercise and good eating habits are important, vital and natural. Humans nees exercise and vitamins. That's how we were made.
I mean if you have kids sleep is rather hard to maintain. That's not a realistic goal for most. A lot of people will still try to improve their physic regardless of sleep they have
Здравствуйте я из Узбекистана Начало упражнения месец назад после первого раза у меня были ужасние боли спине 3дня я думала всё навредила себе но не остановилось Весила 72кг упражнения+правылная питание и сейчас весь 65кг Музыка проста классная становится становится лучше не только физически но и душевно спокойно и хорошо 👍 У меня полиартрит, остеохондроз ревматритечский артрит и у меня получается ❤ Спасибо вам классные упражнение ❤
18 days since I started doing this. I do just two times of this video. My waistline has moved from 35 inches to 32.5 so far. I'm doing 5-6 days a week.
@@jdm6613 good progress i m not bloated as before, to be sincere lately i do less cardio and more leg exercices to keep my muscles because i eat less but you just remember me to keep going with that 5 min cardio..5 for me is enough i m small😅
I love the music...I always start dancing...I need to focus...I feel it in my legs....I am going to try it again tomorrow and try to be more focused...if you have any total body workouts please post for hormonal belly, legs, arms, or just total body! Thank you in advance, it looks easy, however, it can be a little challenging! 😊
I think I wanna try this, too. But in my age, 49 years old, I worry about my back. Well, in rhe end I just grateful for how I am today. The important thing is I am still healthy even my weight isn't in ideal weight😁
I'm doing this for seven days to see if I see a difference. I really enjoy this. Usually I dread workouts, but this was intense, but I had so much fun doing it!!! I didn't even look at the clock to see how much time has passed! This is my third day and I see a difference!!!! I lost about 3cm. So far!!!

@@roohij6876 i also have knee probs so try this, spread yourlegs apart and skip the twisting side to side for now, later u can try the side to side then later after that the closed bent knee. You still bend knees a lil but spreading legs open helps SO MUCH, it has made it possible for me to even do this so im hoping itll help. Dont give up, u got this!☺️
It seems so easy and funny but its an all body intensive workout,i just started today the 20/10/2022,my belly is 105 and will be here again in a month to tell you all about my progress,i have had a leg injury since march and can't do all the things i use to do and have been really unhappy about that,i know with my old discipline and considtency with this indoor dance i will get there.I/we can do this.🙏

Hoy Lunes 7 de febrero comienzo y pongo los resultados en 2 semanas. Ok ya pasaron 2 semanas y la verdad es que noto mucho los cambios. Mi abdomen esta mas plano y en mi caso quemó la grasa que tenía acumulada. Obviamente no del todo pero si funciones si lo hecen a diario, en lo personal me levanto temprano y a eso de las 10 comienzo a hacerlo.

I have started this workout from today onwards, I'm a mom of 8 month old baby and i gained lots of weight too, I'm gonna try this workout. Hope it will give me a better result.
@@Urceyyy06 yes dear i have reduced inches and weights too. Beginning, this workout was really difficult to do as i was having c section delivery I do had backache and discomforts but day by day we will get use tooo. But don't do if you are not feeling well. I did slowly slowly now I'm very comfortable with the exercise. And belive by losing weight you will feel better all your body aches will disapper. Now with this excersice I'm going through a diet too. My reply is yup. Go through it. But be patience and do according to your comfort with small intervals.
