One perfect “old-fashioned” Tim class🙏🤗quite challenging and yet so calming and relaxing with exactly the right tips and comments along the poses and shavasanna. Feeling ready for this day💪🏻🥳
Alright well I am way WAY behind schedule, well into February and only on Day 15! But this series is fantastic stuff, at an any pace! Day 15 is particularly sublime with perfect sunset timing---shavasana in the shadows of dusk. Really cool!
Hi Ollie! Once again, I love the feeling of authenticity! The dog barking in the distance, the woman talking, cats honking, birds twittering... I could almost feel the warmth of the sunset on my face, the coolness of the evening settling in... Loved the whole thing!

I am so glad you insisted that we do the shavassana or else i wouldnt have done it and it ended up feeling soooo good! It was the cherry on top of the cake as I really loved the whole class!! Thanks so much Tim, have a great week!
Tim, I could so much wish for you, that you could just pretend not being the one who made this years challenge and instead be one of us attending it. Why do I say that? Weird thing to say maybe, but if you could be someone else (just for a while :-)), then you would to be able to experience ‘innocently’ just how BEAUTIFULL this challenge is! The atmosphere is like magic and the atmospheric dimension is such an important part of it all: the sounds in the background, your voice (and the pauses of silence which you are always are so good at creating space for), the light, - and of course the asanas :-). All this together is so full of pure bliss. Somehow (for me) your yoga classes belong in an outside sphere like this years challenge, with its multitude of (high quality) sounds of every day life, strangers passing in the background and the sound from the ocean. All is melting together creating pure magic. It is so immensely beautiful that I am not even sure you understand just how grand and soul-full and yes even divine this work of your is! Please give it a try to pretend to be someone else while listening for example to the meditation of this video in the end. And it’s not only this video but every day of this challenge where you are outside in life with all its sounds. Everything ascends into a higher unity - it all touches my heart. Thank you! 🙏
I am committed to this challenge, Tim. Thank you. On this very cold and snowy day I am dreaming about someday doing your retreat in Bali! But it would also be nice if you had a US option someday.
I am so enjoying all of your classes. A friend mentioned she was doing your 30 day yoga challenge and I was eager to join as I hadn't yet found an online yoga class to work with that kept me engaged and wanting more. Since the first class, I have been so stoked on the content, environment, humour, simple yet open to all levels of effort and flexibility, I feel like I could use these sessions over an over and get more out of each session with every practice. So good!! You do what you love and believe in, and it shows. You remind me a someone I know, and maybe that makes it slightly more entertaining, but all in all, you are great! Thanks for sharing your time and creating a 'Yoga with Tim' community . :)
The hardest part of today's class was actually starting it. I was feeling so lazy that I almost blew it off. So glad I didn't. I'm committed to finishing the 30 days. Thanks Tim.
Hi Tim & Ollie!! I love all of your classes, but I have to say that this one is my all time favorite. Thanks so much for bringing me joy each day and a lovely yoga practice. You are the BEST!!!
I saw the class was 30 minutes and it flew by and it was the absolute right combination with the poses, instruction and flow. I love the guidance you provide also. It's a discipline as you mentioned but at the same time the reward is incredible and keeps giving with the result of a more flexible body and being more relaxed. The mental piece is a constant to manage when there's always so much to do. Thank you Tim!
15 days in, I'm so committed. I quit practicing entirely about six months ago due to a shoulder injury. I missed it. My body got stiff, my neck began aching again, I missed the energy and calm at the end of a session. The January challenge is a great way to re engage and re commit. Thanks, Tim.

Day 15 was lovely. This will be my 30 day plan for the near future as I am just loving the gentle flow of theses videos. Thank you Tim for bringing me back to my mat each morning.

Thank u tim."treat ur breath like your teacher"this line works strong for me.i always tries to control my breath.when i start to treat it as my teacher ,i didnt control it .i cant express it ,but it works like magic .you are a great teacher ,thank u tim.i think I started respecting my breath.
Day 15! Each day I feel my strength in each pose improve and the breath work is really making a big difference too. I can do tree pose without wobbling today! Thank you Tim 🙏.

Thanks Tim life got busy for a week. No time for yoga. My physiology felt the absence and old aches and pains returned. This mornings practice was beautiful. My stressed mind is clearer and funnily enough, my aches have resolved.
